We were looking for a unique dessert on the Las Vegas strip and stopped by Cereal Killerz! This is definitely a little different than most. It does take them a little while on orders. It wasn't very busy, but it seems like a process to make these treats. It was very good and we didn't mind the wait. If you want to try something new I would say it's worth checking this place out!

Awesome variety of new, classic, and even healthier varieties of cereals to choose from. You decide whether you want a mixed bowl of cereal, ice cream, or custom shake and they’ll serve it up. Price point ranged from $6 for a custom bowl of cereal with milk to $13 for over-the-top shakes. Creative concept that executes to offer a cool treat!It’s located amongst the shops in PlanetHollywood so I’m not sure if they have influence, but they’d benefit from remaining open later. It is Vegas. Also, the standing area was crowded and dirty, and staff were clearly overwhelmed.Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a unique sweet cheat and love your cereal!
Let me preface by saying I know prices on the strip are extremely inflated. We got two milk shakes and one scoop of ice cream for $35. The employees were rude and it took forever to get what we ordered. This place is ghetto. The counter was filthy, the two employees we dealt with acted as if we were putting them out. Save yourself a boat load of money and bypass this place. It’s overrated and not worth the money.
I got a milkshake with honey comb, golden grams and golden crisp, and it was DELICIOUS. The line was a little long when we stopped in but thanks to the amazing staff they had working it went pretty quick. They have a wall of cereal you can choose from, you can create your own own choose an option on the menu. They have a wall that is great for photos if you drop in. Thankfully I live in Vegas because I will definitely be going back!
Went today with my family of 5. Was super excited to try this black owned business. Unfortunately, I will not return or recommend for the following reasons: upon entering the empty store, there were 2 employees behind the counter and neither of them greeted any of us. One person was making cereal cups and the other was standing at the register with the ordering pad in hand, but never did a word. After waiting patiently for about 3 minutes, I approached the counter to ask a few questions about how the experience went (informing the staff member that we were from out of town and that this was our first visit). He told us what the difference in sizes were, then went silent again. We placed our order, then waited 25 minutes to recieve just our cereal mixed bowls. Still no conversation. The cereal was fine, the but the milk was closer to room temperature instead of cold. Very disappointing. Customer service is the most important for our family when supporting an establishment. I hope this feedback can spur change within the facility.
Great experience and DELICIOUS ❤️❤️❤️ the second location had just opened so some of these folks needs to give the employees a little grace ❤️ it’s a really cool place and takes you back to being a kid and getting to pick out your favorite cereal ? definitely need to try!!! ❤️❤️
Looked great, but it took 45 minutes for 3 items while people who ordered after us all got their orders. Unique idea, was really looking forward to visiting
I waited for approximately 5 minutes in front of this business in a line of one person (me)…After not receiving a single hello or a request for my order I decided to bail. There was virtually only one person waiting for food and one person browsing, and yet there wasn’t a single employee who even acknowledged my presence. It’s unfortunate, I was so excited to try this out! Obviously poorly managed and even more poorly staffed…
I went yesterday on Tuesday February 1st and the girls working were awesome and super helpful. Even the ice cream was deliciously made. The girls helped us with Information for a bus to LA. I went again today Wednesday February 2nd, and I brought my family. The girl working was very rude, and made the ice cream way too liquidy. It was dripping off the sides when she gave it to me. She barely put any whip cream and only wore one glove. The cereal pieces fell off before she gave us the actual ice cream. We were going to order 3-4 (since my brothers came) but once we saw how she made it we only got one. She looked like she really hated being there. I give 5 stars to the girls from yesterday but no stars for the girl today.
