Our annual trip to Vegas with a stop here everytime. The restaurant is looking so good!!! I was very disappointed with my rib eye. It came as ordered med-rare but for some reason it was very dry. The NY Strip med-rare was thick and delicious. I ate what my husband didn't.
Very impressed. Great service. Food was excellent. Salads were large and very tasty. Steaks and sides were better than some of the more expensive steak houses. Atmosphere was fantastic for our anniversary dinner. Highly recommend.
They have a great regular menu. We tried the restaurant week entree, beef Wellington and it was wonderful.

The MOST under rated Steak House in Vegas. One of the only Steak houses still serving Escargot. Jude, our server, gives impeccable service every time we ask for her. You don’t come across real excellent servers like Jude as much as you used to…….and she is a woman! The whole crew, from the front of the house to the back of the house, pays extremely close attention to their customer’s dishes they make as well as the service they give!! We have been to many Steak houses in Vegas, however The Broiler, brings the most constant consistency we have ever experienced and that is the key!!! Keep up the good work everyone and Kevin, the Manager, will be missed!! Barbara
