The Boiling Crab is always fun.Staff was friendly and quick.I could not believe all of the people there wearing white shirts. Im just saying.The whole shabang is the way to go. I like a heat level of 8.Can't wait to go back again.
Yesterday was my first time there. Celebrating one of my sisters birthday. I had the fried oysters and gumbo. Both were excellent, and reasonably priced!
The food was outstandingly delicious not being from a Southern state cooked! I am from New Orleans and I know good seafood when I have had it. My daughter lived in Lafayette Louisiana and comes all the here to Las Vegas to visit the Boiling Crab for seafood!
I went to the boiling crab two days ago and in the middle of eating my daughter noticed this creature in our food ! By the time we noticed they were already closed and our food was ordered to go, I called and spoke to the rude obnoxious manager Kyle . They never offered to even give my money back or a desist and I told him that I still have all of the food! I’m a local so I go there a lot but the last 4 times my order was completely screwed up and my food was watery !! After looking through other reviews I see everyone saying Kyle is rude and that I’m not the only one with this problem, he tried telling me that the bug was from the mussels but I know it wasn’t because I eat mussels a lot I spent $101.22 and I’m very unsatisfied !! Their corporate office makes nothing better !!!!
Everything was hot and fresh to our liking. My wife enjoyed her snow crab with 3 hard boiled eggs, sausage and corn. I loved my catfish and fries.
I so love boiling crab I always go but the manager Kyle was so rude I ordered food for take out and once I got home on my shrimp I had a blob of hair wrapped around my shrimp, was so gross. I called and spoke with Kyle and he told me it wasn’t hair it’s part of the shrimp hair??? omg I couldn’t believe he said that. I took back my whole order and when I got there I was like is this shrimp hair and he said I will only make this bag of shrimp for you and it was on my rice. I told him no please do all of my order again. I want to sit with my family and enjoy our food hot. He was so rude I sat down waiting for the order for 15 min and my order was ready and was never given to me I had to ask if my order was ready. Horrible service and customer service from a manager.
It was busy but we’re seated in no time. our server was very attentive, checking on us just the right amount and time in between.
Great service and food. I tried the gumbo for the first time and it was not bad at all. The shrimp comes with the heads on so be ready.
This place was delicious and fun, service was excellent and there wasn't too much of a wait to get in, about 10-15 mins. The food runs a little on the spicier side, and has amazing flavor. Cool ambience in the place as well.
