So I went with a few friends TGI Friday about a few weeks ago and it was um.. lets say an okay experience. I do believe that they do prioritize older people since most of us are teenagers. We were seated after the older group when we arrived first but I digress the food was good but it does take over 20 minutes for the food to arrive and I had to wait a few more minutes after my friends got there. The food was great, no complains from the food but more of the service and feel like we the customers were pushed aside for others. But I would really go to TGI Friday just for the food but not the service
We had the steak and lobster special. We had been to this location a couple years ago and had this about 5 days in a row. Back then it was great. Today it was the worst. The steak was terrible. It was poorly cooked and it was extremely bad quality piece of meat. Every single bite of it was full of gristle. The lobster was small and extremely dried out. I don't think we'll be going to TGIF anymore. It used to be our favorite restaurant.
This was a very unfortunate experience. I was excited to ear here considering I have not had TGI Fridays in years. The family waiting to be seated in front of us waited for at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. We were seated right after. Drinks were brought out by a different server which isn't a big deal. Our food took almost 45 minutes and they were in no way busy enough for that to be acceptable. I didnt get my water I asked for and they didn't give me any utensils for my Mac and cheese or napkins. When I received my burger I ordered it was hardly warm and was definitely sitting under a warming lamp for a while. I took one bite and found a very long blonde hair in my food. I was very upset and the manager was called over. She did get me a new one remade right away so I appreciate that and it was comped off of my ticket. The manager was very nice and I appreciate her working with us.I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not a good experience. Hopefully things get better here. As for now I would not recommend this specific location to someone.
Beautiful faces great attitude and magnificent taste. My ribs with side of mashed potatoes were delicious and tendered.I've,been coming here for one year and a half and my food is always on time. The restaurant it's always clean and the waitress personalities are the best.My number one dinner. That; I consider home. Most definitely.My tummy will continue to be very happy with such a tasty food. Thank you; to your cooks. And, your happy personal attitudes..?
We chose here because they accept reservations and are open late (until 2 a.m., I believe.) Our waitress was excellent and attentive with our large party. Called the day before and talked to Kayla for reservations and they never got written down. Fortunately, I called again the day of and so that got resolved. Overall, good experience.
We were at the right place and right time. Current special not on the menu $19.99 Steak and Lobster Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm. It comes with broccoli and can choose potato, loaded potato (extra cost charge for loaded) , baked potato, and so on. We had to purchase 2 drinks and if you ask they will do a to go cup for you. Our waitress was great, good service, lobster tail good just small, steak is okay I like mine medium, Broccoli decent, and good loaded mashed potatoes. We also scored free chips and salsa had the old rewards and downloaded the mobile app transfer points, and in their new rewards app reward members can choose to always redeem free chips and salsa.
Horrible meal the menu stated chicken strips instead i got these popcorn things. And was burnt so bad i couldnt stick my fork in them. I tried to give it a chance but was just awful.. the only reason i gave it a 2 star was my waiter Tara at the bar was amazing and even had it comped cause she seen i couldnt even use my fork to eat. She was just outstanding polite and quick w service .. i usually come solo and have good experiences but this was horrible besides Tara!!!
ETA: a manager called to follow up and took care of the issues. She was very kind and helpful!Don’t try pickup from this place unless you want to park in a parking garage then walk through the casino just to pickup your order. By the time we got back with our food, our food was soggy and cold. We are staying 2 minutes away from this location so the food shouldn’t have been cold so fast. Found out we weren’t given all our food. Half of our order was missing. The manager told me to call a 1-800 number that was closed. What amazing advice to give, super helpful. I called the location back to explain that the 1-800 number was not helpful. Asked to speak with a manager but was circled back around to the person who answers the phone, not the manager. This place was zero help to a customer and the food was nasty. Let’s hope their food served fresh inside their location is better. Now I have to fight to get my money back.
Servers were quick and kind. Food was amazing. I had fish and chips with double frys while the wife had the chicken strips. Just be prepared to spend roughly $40 to feed two people.
Food was okay. The mac-n-cheese was watery. Salad okay, bucket of bones was good. Service was just okay, not bad but not friendly at all.The hostess was awesome!
