First time here, and it's delicious! The Odessa Burger is awesome with amazing flavor, love their golden toast and sauce. The Onion Strings are a bit messy to eat, but I don't mind. ?If you wanna have a bit taste of Texas, come here! ?
The food was excellent, we had a brisket sandwich which was great, and I tried a pastrami burger, yes 2 meats in one. Everything was good, it would of been 5 stars if it had been a tad bit cheaper. I still would recommend.
My very first visit here. I ate majority of my sandwich before I realized nasty lettuce and tomato on my sandwich.. I called and they said bring the sandwich back and we can refund you. They did NOT and DO NOT give refunds up front. They made up some sorry excuse like I have to call the owner but he’s busy. I never been anywhere where I didn’t get a refund upfront. Something told me to take a picture of my sandwich and receipt! And as of 12/8/2021 I never got my money back. I held off on posting this review since 11/23/21 … The guy disregarded it and said it’s from the heat and blah … I know the difference! Literally kept asking me to remake the sandwich. Absolutely not! I even felt sick after. . I don’t even want to drive by the place. I’m already working on reporting them further. This is not okay at all.
The experience was outstanding! Ordered the Corpus Cristi and chose chili cheese tots for the side. I was surprised to see the cost for that add on expecting only a couple dollars since tots are a normal side. That said, I said never mind I would just take regular tots to avoid the ridiculous cost increase. Once I paid the man at the counter asked if I would like some cheese for my tots and I said sure. To go order, I get back to the Airbnb to discover the gentleman at the counter had loaded me up with chili cheese tots after all!! Great service, great experience and damn good food!! That’s how you win customers for life ?? ?
Oh my the deep fried ribs was the bomb. I have never had them. So I was a little skeptical about them. If you haven't tried them you missing out

#11 sandwich...I didn't taste any seasoning. The lettuce tasted funny. But me asking for it to be crispy made it a 3
A definite must try eatery while out here! If you are local, we envy you! My husband and I got the Meat Sampler with Fries and Fried Okra and OMG the meats were perfectly smoked. Brisket was moist, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Chicken was perfectly smoked. You could taste the smoke flavor throughout the chicken meat and just... yum AND YES, SMOKED POULTRY WILL ALWAYS HAVE PINK- you dont want pink, get fried chicken then. Fried Catfish and Fried Ribs was moist inside and crispy and seasoned outside. But what made this experience even greater was the customer service; very welcoming, honest, and great vibes. The owner was present during our visit and to hear him talking with a business partner, he stated, "Yes I am tired, but that doesn't mean anything. I would never leave my employees to struggle especially during these times." As a previous restaurant manager, this means everything to a successful business owner. Because what makes a great team is the leadership team respecting their teammates. Kuddos to this business all around. We'll definitely be back for both your business'.
