Placed order through the app and did not receive my order when I called the restraunt they dismissed it to that they use door dash and have no responsibility and the manager tells me the delivery drivers steal the food and there's nothing they can due this happen Saturday night it's now Thursday and I'm still out $32 poor customer service I didn't pick door dash they did all I did was be a customer of teriyaki madness not anymore to they make it right
Had to take my 1 year old to the ER…Not only is this place beyond disorganized, turns out it’s disgusting too. We’ve been going to teriyaki madness for a while now. We used to go to the location at Craig but started coming here because it’s closer. This was our 3rd time coming here when my 12 month old got food poisoning. She loves the noodles so much and has had them so many times before. When we get home she throws up everything she ate, I try giving her an organic baby food pouch thinking she could keep that down but she threw it all up too. I try just breastfeeding her and she couldn’t keep that down either. In the timespan of 3 hours she threw up 8 times, at the hospital it was 3 times, it was puddles of throw up, a very alarming amount, and my husband and I decided to finally take her to the ER. Her throw up got to the point where it was just stomach acid. They had to put her on an IV to rehydrate her and give her anti nausea medicine. They took a blood test and the doctor confirmed that her stomach didn’t take something well. Her white blood cell count was high, meaning her body is fighting off some type of infection. This place is disgusting, I can’t believe people could be so heartless to be so careless with how they handle food that human beings ingest. Don’t come here, you won’t have a good experience

Usually pretty good, picked up a bowl today with white rice all broccoli and beef the rice is so mushy it's almost in ediblea was cooked with way too much water or something. Tried to call the store for the last 10 minutes to tell them with no answer.
Mostly Everytime I go to this location I have to wait on my food. I only had an order of orange chicken n rice, none of the veggies or anything, how hard could that possibly be to whip up n throw in a to-go bag. Oh and I called it in..I call all my orders in. These orders are for my son. Me personally I go up the street to Aloha Kitchen. I call them and my order is ready in 5-10 min at the most. But to be fair, Aloha Kitchen doesn't have orange chicken, but Panda Express does. The Teriyaki Madness gives u a time but they don't honor it, it's ready whenever they wanna make it ready and they don't even apologize for the exaggerated wait time either. Step your game up folks, there are a lot of other Chinese spots I can give my hard earned money to js. Hope this helps. Njoy!

Omg where do I start the chicken Katsu or the salmon or the teriyaki or the macaroni everything is good and fresh again and fresh. And the host are always nice. I always sit and eat because I can't wait to get home lol. Yummy
Food is great however customer service is the worst. They should consider hiring someone who can handle customer service. Asked for the cashiers name (Anabely) and apparently she’s the supervisor also, yikes..
If you love t-mad then don't come to this store. Messed up my order then proceed to tell me that I was wrong even though it showed I was right on the receipt
