Go to the other locations.. the food is made way better. Good thing I checked the bag because they forgot BOTH of my side orders of crab Rangoon and pot stickers. Then on top of making sure I get what I paid for, I guess I need to check the amount inside because I ordered the 6 piece crab Rangoon and they only gave me 4; then the inside was over cooked so I basically paid for bread(look at picture). Customer service was a solid 4/10. Love teriyaki madness but for sure don’t got to this location. SMH…do better!
The food is ALWAYS HARD. My sisters teeth were literally sore. Also the sides: Egg rolls, potstickers, the Rangoons were all GROSS and are the frozen PF Changs brand from Smith's! The M.A.D sauce is LITERALLY Taco sauce with red pepper flakes and Teriyaki sauce, its truly gross. I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP ? Yall and ALL VEGAS FOOD expensive or not is DOWN BAD. Will never eat here again.
I ordered on the website through Door Dash. Unfortunately I never received my food and the driver claimed to take my food back to the store but they did not do that. So I spoke to Ingrid and explained my dilemma. I had ordered $69 worth of food! She contacted her manager and they were kind enough to refund my money! I was grateful! I will definitely be ordering from Teriyaki Madness again. Just not through Door Dash. Thank again Ingrid!
My first time at this location and I have to say I will for sure be back. Food was made fresh and tasted amazing. I got the chicken katsu bowl and little one got spicy chicken bowl. Only complaint is no sauce on the katsu.
I just placed an order with this restaurant, and Jose the manager had his employee call me to tell me that I cannot order the food the way I want it, it has to be made the way they want to make it because of the portions they make food in. I wanted half yaki soba, and half fried rice, and he is saying he would have to charge me more and put it on the side, even though what I already paid for is 2.29 more, and the fried rice is 1.00 more. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten from Teriyaki madness, and this will be the last time I ever order from them, thanks Jose for the terrible service

Although most, if not all, of the staff here spoke Spanish, the food was decent. We were staying at the Virgin across the street and checked out the restaurants on the 2 katty corners across from the hotel and chose this over the Korean cook your own dinner place that spelled like burnt food when we walked in and quickly left! I had the Teriyaki chicken with fried rice & vegetables plus an egg roll and large drink. My other half had orange chicken, also with fried rice & vegetables plus an egg roll and large drink. They gave us napkins and plastic utensils plus lots of sauces even though we were eating in and there were sauces on the table? We enjoyed our meal. The service was welcoming and efficient. The next day I saw that there had been a murder at the location on West Charleston so I was glad we didn't have any issues, but I would have been a little nervous had I seen this before we ate there. It's not the same part of town so give this place a chance if you just want some quick Asian food!
At this location the service is great. The food is freshly made and always is spot-on with flavor. I love this place!
My first time and DEFINITELY not my last! I ordered teriyaki chicken and steak with brown rice and veggies! Everything was fresh and cooked to order! My cashier was Marta (I believe that's her name.) And she had amazing customer service!
