This spot has a good flavor and is an easy lunch or dinner option if you're not trying to cook. The food is normally prepared very well with sometimes minor exceptions here and there with dry chicken or hard rice. I miss their macaroni salad! Other than that they're on point and have good coupons.
They say the don't take apple pay. There machine takes tap to pay. The cashier made me sign up for an online account with all my personal information. Just to reorder what they already placed in the system. The food was ready and it took them more time to make an online profile where I had to type my card information in. I get you probably get points for this but I'm on a lunch break and don't have time to waste.
Prices went up. ? Still good bowls especially the salmon .
Sent one wrong entree via postmates, rice was hard and old, teriyaki was burnt, tofu was rubbery, veggies were underdone and cold inside.
I periodically do come here and food is good as well as the service. Normally I order to go but the interior is pretty clean so it definitely feels safe to eat inside. Ordered a chicken breast teriyaki bowl and a spicy chicken teriyaki bowl for takeout. The only bad part is they don't have the macaroni salad anymore. The food came out hot and delicious. I definitely will be back again.

I am a regular customer of Teriyaki Madness. Yesterday I visited this restaurant more than half an hour before its closing time I was surprised that the restroom was already closed, that's bad service
Since they closed the other chicken bowl place this is where I go. It is a little bit pricey, but not bad if it's just yourself eating. I get mine without zucchini or cabbage because they put a little too much. But If you really like those then go for it you will love it.
Theses people are horrible they don’t answer the phone at all. Then I tried to call to ask for duck sauce and soy sauce but no answer will never order again. Bad customer service BEWARE
Order through Grubhub, they gave my order to the wrong driver and i called them about it to see what was up. They told me multiple drivers came to pick my order up? Never heard of that happening. Have a feeling they lied to me and just gave my order away and are trying to say something else.
