A hidden gem! I visited the restaurant multiple times and tried different dishes. Every dish is done well in terms of flavor and portions. On the photo is salmon poke and tonkatsu ramen. Try their chirashi bowl. The sushi rice was flavored right and fish were fresh and generous in portions. Price is amazing. Say hello to Chef Takashi, and read about his background in the menu. Friendly staff and very cozy environment.
Just tried this gem after reading these reviews and the sushi is some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Up there with Nobu and even better than the sushi I ate in Maui. We had the yellowtail sashimi and toro and both were incredibly fresh and tasty. Also tried the halibut which was good and the Big Mamma Roll. Prices are good too: Will be back again and again.
Horrible presentation for take out. We ordered Eel don and shrimp tempura and some sides. The eel did not taste fresh and was drowned in eel sauce. The rice was not very good, too much sauce had gotten into it. The shrimp tempura was not properly cooked so it had a soft texture and odd colors. The presentation of all the food was unappetizing. We also ordered spicy tuna rolls which were not spicy. The skewers were okay and the seaweed salad was okay. The wasabi and ginger where loosely plastic wrapped in the packaging so there was loose plastic wrap floating in between the food. Why not package it like other places do with packaging that keeps everything nice, neat, and separated?
Nothing beats this hidden GEM! This is now our 5th time in two weeks!Every single time we go the QUALITY is Superb! You can tell Chef Takashi has a true passion and puts that into all his dishes! Please be patient as he is the one personally preparing your sushi! I love the experience and everything we ordered so far as been amazing!All the nigiri, sashimi, and rolls are soooo FRESH!! I'd recommend to go early as they fill up quick! I've tried lunch and dinner and his izakaya plates are just as amazing!Oysters are a must! Yellowtail Carpaccio, hand rolls, steak roll, big mama roll, salmon poke, uni, etc! Try everything honestly!Thanks Chef & to our waiter Matt!
solid bowl of shoyu ramen. best i've found in sw vegas. the unagi nigiri is also the best i've had in recent memory. i'll be coming back to try more, this place smells good.
This izakaya is fantastic, authentic Japanese dishes. Everything was delicious, you can order anything and its all great.
We were there for lunch recently. The place is cozy with a warm atmosphere reminded me of the places I visited in Japan. Quality of food and taste was excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely visit it again.

Highly recommend this place. Not only foods were all perfect but the staffs were so nice. We ordered sushi special & takumi roll, and those were truly authentic japanese! Fish were so fresh and other ingredients too.
I’ve eaten both dining in and take-out and every time it’s been stellar. Great portion sizes, prices are fair and the service is spectacular. This is a must try in the southwest part of the valley.
