Went there with the family to have some of the best tacos in Vegas as they would state in the tour, the tacos were good, however, when I went to the cashier area, asked for salt and salsa, I was given an itty bitty container, we were six and were eating 30+ tacos that evening, anyone who likes tacos knows that you need a generous amount of salsa, so one of the ladies was very rude, I asked for some extra salsa and she yelled at me “I already gave you salsa” To which I pointed out that we were many, then she raised her vice again “You should’ve asked for it before, now you’ll have to pay for it” That’s what got me pissed, at $3.50-$5.00 a taco, these don’t come cheap, so I turned around and had my meal, that kind of service kills the customer base, now I had a second round at Tacos El Pastor, right next to this one, the service was way better.
People say Tacos El Gordo is over rated, IT'S NOT. The lines is the only inconvenience, if anything - but they do move along. Sooooo worthy, and yummy! Recommend's Asada Mula♡☆♡
I love these tacos!!! They are above average price but it is worth it. When you come to this place, don't come alone, you need to stay in line for different kind of tacos, then you will need to be line again to pay. It goes quickly but it is faster it come with friends. I wish they have some kind of vegan food, that would be perfect to reach other clients. Maybe one day!!
When visiting Vegas, I always have to make a trip here. The best and most authentic tacos I've had.Theres a variety of different meats to choose from but I'm always going for the Tripa & Lengua. Super delicious. Get them with everything on it, never will regret it.Also the Adobada Fries are out of this universe. Its sorta like cafeteria style where theres different lines for different meats. The more popular choices will have longer lines. Might be confusing on first visit, but its 100% worth it.I wish I didnt have to travel across the country to have Tacos El Gordo!
The meat is fresh and made right in front of you! We tried the carne asada tacos and fries which were both very delicious. The location was very busy and a little confusing to order if it's your first time there. Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for some good mexican food.
Googled, “Best Tacos” and found this place. We jumped on the Deuce & happy to find a stop very close (less than a minute walk from their door). Staff were super friendly and prices were low. Loved that the ordering was based on the type of meat you wanted. My husband and I both picked pork. I had 2 tacos & he had the sopes. Service was fast, and great. They probably don’t look pretty in photos but the flavour was amazing! Hard to describe but each bite was better than the last. We found ourselves trying to lick up each drop that fell on the plate. ? Definitely would recommend. Not a fancy spot, just a casual drop in, and get down to eating.
We came on a Saturday and even though the line was out the door we surprisingly did not wait very long. Service was fast and food was delicious. The al pastor is top notch.
Oh wow yummy. But you know that. Tacos Al pastor are the best . But that is why you are here. Order first, each line served different meat, then pay at the Pay Here.
We ate here today and utterly loved it! It was so very tasty. I got 5 tacos of steak and chorizo , best tacos I've ever had. Yes there was a large queue but don't worry, it's worth it! I wish I could go back.
No matter which location you go to, you will have some of the best tacos you’ve ever had in your entire life! We come for the Al pastor, but are satisfied with everything we order! The service is great and I love the touch of free limes and radishes with your meal.
