By far the worst experience I have ever had at a food service! They just restarted their grub hub after being shut down. Today I ate my birthday lunch here with my family. I decided to order Grubhub for dinner. Their Grubhub is setup incorrectly. When you place an order, it requires you to select the amount of wings. When you do, it doubles the orders price. I scaled the restaurant and explained this that I was ordering Grubhub but it was charging me $17.21 for 1 order of wings and fries but that was the exact price to the penny for two orders of wings and fries. Once they seemed to understand this I placed my order. When I arrived at the restaurant, the owner showed me the ticket which was for 1 order of wings and fries for $17.21 to which he said he refused to give me two orders even though when he rang up two orders it equates to that same exact dollar amount. He explained Grubhub was only going to pay him for 1 order. I told him he was wrong they charged me $17.21 because of the error in his menu. I told him this was my birthday meal for my family I worked all day and if this would be the hassle I would simply cancel it. His wife called security during the conversation and the owner was present. I explained this and they seemed to get the logic. Grubhub fully refunded my order and called the restaurant to inform them I was correct. They were also rude to Grubhub who suspended them from taking orders for the rest of the night because of that. They then contacted my pregnant wife who's order the name was under five times in a row. The owner on a recorded line said he was calling the police on me because I told him I would be making a bbb complaint and contacting the health department because of this issue. My wife asked him why and he said because I was loud lol I called security and said I made no threat so why call metro? He said I was loud in the store and that was unacceptable. This is what happens in these urban communities. People have no rights because these companies abuse you in every way possible. I have the store operators number Anne in Los Angeles I will contact her and the bbb tomorrow. This is a sickness in this community and it will stop with this establishment today. I can not believe how slow a person can be to not comprehend even after a company tells you the logic to treat a steady customer this way and curse at me after serving my pregnant wife myself my daughter and me earlier. Too slow to even understand how Grubhub works despite the logic and company telling you you ve been paid for two orders. Security was unprofessional I kept explaining the owner threatened to call police he kept saying: 'call the police!' I was like I'm not saying I'm calling the police I'm saying the owner threatened to and I'm asking for what reason. They all barely spoke English and so they hung up. When I'm finished these people will never serve food again. I will not let this go until this establishment is shut down. Their Grubhub and google reviews speak volumes
