Wow ! The food was fresh and nicely presented. Love eating hot pot style with all the fresh vegetables and if you like choice of meat. The best part of our dining experience was our server Ramon. He was so pleasant and helpful. He catered to all our requests with his wonderful smile and happy attitude. We will be returning here often.
Took my son for his B-day dinner. The New York Strip Hot Pot was sooooo yummy. When looking for something different/new I highly recommend.
We were told to try Swish by a server we had at another off strip restaurant.Boy howdy was she right!The food was better than many of the restaurants we have eaten at on the strip. The added in cost for cab fare was still less expensive than those on on strip.I highly recommend these folks build a Swish in Vail Colorado!
Good fresh food. They also have an all-you-can-eat option. Pick your meat then your sauce and enjoy fresh veggies and meat sliced thin before your eyes.
Nice setup sort of like a bar, good for chowing down and getting drinking with friends. Friendly service, the cuts of meat were fresh and good quality, would definitely come back again.
I just ate for dinner, all you can eat. The server (lady Charlene ) was too slow, preparing, serving the veggies, meats and we even run out of food. She did not ask if we need refills. She made us wait for everything we ask, acting a little rude,, like talk to my hand, maybe because we are both asian. At the end she was very nice to earn that tip, and and told us to eat dessert now because the time is over, we over stayed suppose to eat in one hour only. She spend half hour to prepare and took our order, also the stove is not working properly. This is a bad experience tonight with her, the guy had better service.

Amazing! Hot pot is great, you get your own pot and they offer AYCE. Sushi was decent but you can add AYCE sushi to your hot pot for $6. Worth it. Broth is also amazing, one of the best I have had.
Pretty unfriendly service. Ordered the all you can eat hot pot and upgraded to the ribeye. Got ribeye for the first plate of meat and who knows what for the second. Definitely wasn’t ribeye. Paid the extra $3.99 for ribeye and were ripped off. Buyer beware.
