I’m really impressed!! I eat a lot of sushi & my daughter in law was mentioning poke & I said look it up, we were already in centennial & was a minute away so stopped in & loved every bite! I’ll be back for sure.
For about $11.99, you get to have two kinds of protein. I chose ahi tuna and yellowtail. They were pretty generous with the scoops. You also get a scoop of spicy crab or spicy tuna or plain tuna or plane crab. I went spicy in the crab was nice and spicy. I also did a half and half. Half of it was brown rice half of it was lettuce. They gave several toppings. It was a very filling meal.
Joe the server I had was less than helpful he was actually pretty pushy! I’d probably say he was flat out rude. I asked for a tiny drop of Sriracha and he doused my entire bowl with it and when I pointed it out he looked at me like I was inconveniencing his day. To top everything off I found the Sriracha cap in my meal and when I brought it to them they didn’t even offer to remake they literally said thank you. HORRIBLE SERVICE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND 20$ for the tiny bowl and anywhere else.
The food is excellent the fish is fresh although the menus are kind of confusing especially if you're not familiar with it and they really don't know how to say oh are you new here have you ever come here and try and explain what you want.
I used to love this place, came every several weeks or so. It was a treat to come here because I don’t get a chance to go out for food very often - mom of 2 little ones. I recently stopped by and was surprised to learn they started charging for toppings - not the “extras” like more crab or cream cheese but the ginger, red onion, cilantro, crunch, etc - 50 cents each. When this is added up it adds an extra $4+ dollars. NOWHERE on the menu does it list this. They request a tip on top of this. I did not complete my order and left (since it was not listed before I began my order). When I asked they told me it was due to the raise in price of fish but the way they have passed it on to the consumer does not seem right to me - the bowl as a whole had already also gone up in price not including the toppings. I’m very sad because this used to be my favorite but I won’t be back.
What happened?I came in on Friday. Used to come here least 3-5 a month. Left the state in Oct for work and just came back. This place used to have good customer service. New employees? There was a white women who automatically put white rice into the bowl (she didn’t bother to ask me) I was going to tell here I wanted greens. She also tells me the toppings would be additional… was never told this before. Seems to me they are charging for the small things. You already having me pay $18 for a BOWL ? This isn’t LA city or the SEA Airport.Sweet Poke was more convenient but looks like there’s other Poke spots I will have to go to. Really disappointed in the staff.
Sweet Poké is my go-to when I don't have time to cook but really don't want McDonald'sor any kind of fast food like that! Fresh and delicious every time. Friendly staff. No complaints here
Very generous and HUGE scoops of protein (salmon and more), absolutely delicious
Food 4/5Service 5/5Atmosphere 4/5Cost: Okay
I am a frequent customer and enjoy sweet poke over most because of the food. I went in today 10/16/2021 around 12:30. I order two large vegas bowl with very little modifications. The short blonde girl prepared a regular bowl and passed off my bowls before i had a chance to say anything. The newer young gentleman wearing a green mask was very nice and did his best to not just throw our bowl together. He did everything perfectly! my only other complaint was the other very tall gentleman that was over stepping the newer gentleman and not helping him at all. Frankly no one was helping him. It made it very uncomfortable for the person behind me as she had to walk around/ close to me just to make sure they got everything. I felt the need to write this because usually i am very impressed, but today the gentleman in the green mask was awesome but his teammates couldn’t even help.
