Great ice cream quick service, good cookies!
Went after a late lunch on a Monday afternoon in April. This place is so good!! I had the milkshake with strawberry cheesecake and pistachio ice creams and with whipped cream and graham crumbs. The shake was delicious, with just the right amount of crunchy bites. Service was quick and friendly, and the place wasn't busy, so we could easily sit down in peace.
Customer service I’d give negative stars if possible.The young lady behind the counter was more interested in her phone conversation via Bluetooth than the customer.
One of our favorite icecream places. Old school flavors with a modern decor. The ppl who work there are nice but some are pretty serious.
I tried the vegan cookies and the strawberry and black cherry shake...everything was amazing
The worst customer service in my life I ask the person for a half of dozen cookies and he didn't even have them had me wait a whole 30 minutes and came back and he didn't even make them. That's probably why the other store closed down cause they don't even do what they say they are going to do. He should just close down this one if the whole purpose of making cookies and ice cream is to have the cookies made ready for customers. Smh if you want good cookies I guess it's not sweet addictions anymore. The worst place ever! I use to love this place and told all my family but guess who is about to tell my family this place has gone down hill.. me! Never will I come back to this place.
Terrible service. Poor presentation. Ice cream and cookies look and taste like generic Walmart quality.You’re better off making your own at home.Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
If you remember Thrifty Drug store ice cream you need to check out Sweet Addiction In Apache Plaza on Fr Apache. I had the Chocolate Malted Crunch and it was delicious! Tasted like real ice cream should.Their second store didn’t survive the pandemic. Stop by so this place stays open.
Many cookies to choose from, always filling in the trays with fresh ones. I like other shops, but can't beat the consistency of my favorites here.
Everytime I come to get ice cream from this place, the employees always have an attitude and give horrible customer service!
