The food and service was outstanding . Our Waitress âRomolieâ (sp?) was excellent ! ⦠she did more than we asked , and later allowed us to have a table for Happy hour ( yes ! We came twice in one day !! The menu is tasty , creative, and worth coming back for !!
We were incredibly disappointed in Sugarcane during our most recent stay. Our server did a good enough job but our food was absolutely terrible. We had a âSpecial of the Dayâ lobster Benedict where the hollindaise had far too much vinegar in it. It was done on sourdough, which is an interesting touch, however it was soggy and wasnât editable before it reached the table. We also had a duck and waffle which had great flavor but the duck wasnât braised long enough and so I picked bone and tendon from my meal throughout. Unfortunately, the bottomless mimosas also left a lot to be desired. Low quality for sure. Thereâs just too many options on the strip to have a meal of this quality at over a $100 ticket.

Visited for the late night happy hour on a Saturday. Mojito was really good. Oysters were very fishy....not good at ALL!!! We' were very disappointed.

SO tasty. Bottomless mimosas for $25 with lots of different flavor options (peach, orange, pineapple, mango, cranberry). The duck and waffle is incredibly delicious.
