The worst employees at this location. They never open on time. They should be open like google maps is showing. Starbucks hire more responsible workers that care. Not to mention they always get my order wrong through drive through. I tell them what I want and they assume because I said cold brew I want an iced coffee but they don’t stop to listen to your order so then I gotta wait extra time so they can fix their mistake. Just the worst service in this location.
This Starbucks is always busy but they're very efficient. The lines move quick and I've never had a wrong order. Very good customer service as well!
I go from Starbucks to Starbucks to work. For some reason I enjoy working this way. This location is great and spacious to pick a seat where there are many outlets and work. As my first visit, so far so good.

They can never get my drink right. I always asked them to remake it and I just saw them just add more oat milk instead of remaking it and they get an attitude if I ask to remake it. I’m just gonna start going to the one in Mark Street.. finally will get my money worth since this one can’t even do it right. Smh have to go out of my way to get a drink. They definitely need to get retrained how to make an iced white chocolate mocha

Terrible customer service. I was in line for my mobile order in the store. There’s no other customers at the counter. All workers see me standing there but I see them making drinks so I figure they must be finishing making an order and then will help me. They continue to make eye contact with me and not come to the counter. A white man walks in and they immediately ask what he needs. I say, “Excuse me, I’ve been waiting.” and they told me I need to ask for my order next time. But why didn’t the man? And why does the customer have to ask for their order? Very rude and will not be returning to this location.
Friendliest staff at any Starbucks I've been to (and I go to a lot). Wait times can be excruciating and sometimes there are order mishaps, but they never hesitate to fix them. There probably should be another one in the area to offset how busy it is though.
ADAM the bleach blonde barista who works the PM shift should NOT deal with customers.He's extremely rude & all the drinks he made for our entire party was wrong & not drinkable. We even tipped & we're extremely friendly apon arrival.
