I was visiting Las Vegas and this Starbucks was close to my hotel. Each morning I was greeted by a friendly voice and handed a perfect white chocolate mocha! I recommend visiting this location!
My wife loves it more than I do. But I do enjoy of cup of joe once in a while. I like the tea.
Not even a star is like the 4th time I go and tell them no cinnamon I always order the same is like they do it on purpose latte with 6 pums of tosted vanilla were does it say add cinnamon I even let them know NO CINNAMON ahead of time and they still add it on dont get me wrong they have good customer service but please all we want is a nice cup of coffee and get what we pay for
Very rude staff , unprofessional.Made my drink wrong way .Charged me for extra shot of espresso , despite of receiving $1 tip .When I tried to tell them that I clearly stated ( separated words and spoke very slowly so the girl will make it right way ) how make my beverage they blamed me that I didn't tell them right words .It seems that they don't listen to customers.Will never stop at this location .Nasty environment and employees .
I order a mock cookie crumble I asked them to add an extra shot to reduce the sweetness they didn't it was covered in chocolate drizzle and super sweet I told them and all they did was sorry they didn't ask me if if I wanted a new one poor service not coming to this location ever again
everytime that i go manager don’t want to take $50 bill today around 6 i waited in line for 15 mns for him to tell me no we don’t have change i know he’s lying i had to use my friends debit card like really you guys need a sign saying we don’t accept $50 bills or $100!!

Just wow, I was coming everyday before work. Several occasions got rotten blueberries with my oatmeal, I stopped ordering It for awhile and tried it again, and boom mold lol it must be a thing here, they tried to make it right by giving me MORE moldy blueberries the next day I'm like am I on punked lol. I'll just have to go to another location no biggie, just beware before you eat
First off not sure if it was a man or women but he/she was hella rude and the girl with the green hair was clueless why take the one hundred dollar bill and hold it in your hand next time don’t even reach for someone money if you know you don’t or can’t take.it.To top that off the manager kept hollering he was giving us our food but was being rude about it.We didn’t ask you for free food you don’t own Starbucks and we wanted to pay for our food to add insult to injury you slammed the window in our face and took the tip jar like we was stealing.This visit went all wrong and the manager was the aggressor. All because we are black and had a one hundred dollar bill we had several and we offered to pay what was owed. You seriously did a lot to start someone’s day off. We come to this Starbucks way too much.
