This specific Starbucks is the busiest in the area that offers drive thru and cafe. I praise all the baristas for their service. With that in mind, feel free to go to another location if you feel this location is subpar to your high maintenance standards. Better yet apply, put on the apron and experience how these baristas are treated at times at drive thru/ cafe. You would be disgusted, I’ve see firsthand!!

This Starbucks is slow. Slow in the drive-thru, and twice as slow inside the store. They prioritize the drive customers over the in-store customers, and the drinks are hit or miss. I once had to wait 25 minutes for them to make a simple latte. You’re better off driving to another location than this one.

Quietest Starbucks ever, mostly a drive-thru place so the inside is quite pleasant, no girls are hitting on me ?

It is really a shame you can't write multiple reviews because this particular Starbucks should have that. Yet again today I waited nearly 25 minutes to get to the window. When I got there I literally asked for a free coffee and the drive thru girl looked at me oddly. I mean it's that or a tank of gas! There is no reason why the waits should be that long. This isn't a one off thing here this is nearly everyday. While I can't completely blame the staff I would blame management for not having more people to keep up. If I were this slow at my job I'd be in serious trouble. I urge management to take this shortfall seriously and hire more people and quit using COVID as an excuse. From now on I will be asking for that free coffee at every pickup if I'm waiting that long.

Starbucks is my happy place. They are fast, friendly and the drinks are always right.. love them ?.

First off the young girl at the counter was about to overcharge me for my Royal English Breakfast tea. She told me it would be five dollars (and some change), but the menu behind her said $3.05. I told her about the discrepancy and it took awhile for her to work it up the management in order to be fixed. Also, as I was ordering I asked if it's true that they closed at 10pm and the girl told me yes they did. I asked with my laptop in my hand which was obvious that I would be staying there for awhile. It was 5:15pm at the time of order. I was completely shocked when they told me at 6:45 that they would be closing down the lobby after I was just told during my order that they would be open until 10pm. I felt it rude when they decided to remind me again that they are closed at exactly 7:00pm as I was packing up my things. I went ahead and spoke with the manager and she explained that they close the lobby early due to past crime incidents. I explained that I understand, but what I'm not happy about is being told false information and wasting my time when I'm trying to study for graduate school.Overall I don't recommend this particular Starbucks. They don't follow the pricing on their menu, they have very limited seating (very small), the manager doesn't seem to follow through with action upon receiving a respectful complaint, and in addition to all of this there was even a homeless person just chilling in the corner eating canned food using what looked like an ipad or kindle. The homeless person didn't bother me as they seemed like they were a patron with a starbuck's cup, but it appeared as if the manager eventually kicked out the homeless person about a half hour before closing.
