I'm having a terrible week and today I woke up woth no desire of getting out of bed. I ordered my coffe online like I usually do and when picking up I saw the message written on my cup!! Whoever you are thank you!! You just made my day!!
Very busy spot. Kinda small too. The employees are friendly, if your in a rush this is not the one to go to .
This is the only Starbucks that is usually closed more times than usual for any given reason. In the last two weeks they’ve been closed for various reasons. Today it was a staff shortage so only the drive-thru was open.
I just literally went through the Starbucks drive through on south Durango near warm springs and the worst experience with Tiana. As a dedicated and loyal customer of Starbucks I’ve never encountered a employee as dismissive and rude as her. Perhaps she needs more training because her attitude in dealing with customers does not meet the standard of Starbucks.
I come here just about every other day before and after work. I have experienced the customer service from all shifts as this is my go-to store near my house. This store is consistently amazing to me. Their customer service is always top notch even at the end of a shift. You can really tell that they have a good manager that keeps the atmosphere light and cheerful. Everyone here seems to enjoy the store they work at and it translates into every one of my experiences.You all are wonderful people, thank you.
Do not take mobile orders if you will close down the store and make people go through the drive thru. People use the Mobile app to save TIME! I was unable to get my drink because the drive thru line has 20+ cars and it would of taken to long to pick up my mobile order.
Popular location. Order on the app and pick it up- better than the drive-in lane.Always make a great drink!!
As busy as this place can be, they always have my coffee ready when I come in, I order for pick up thru the app. Never once disappointed
