This is a nice Starbucks. I love the location and the patio especially when there is shade. It is right off Las Vegas Blvd. A short walk to or drive. The service is wonderful.

Please explain to your baristas that cold brew coffee is not the same as iced coffee. I've had this happen at this one location so many times with various baristas. if you are out of iced coffee then just say you are out. Cold brew coffee makes me sick to my stomach and the feeling lasts for like a day. Doesn't matter how much you dilute it or what you dilute it with, it just tastes like burnt coffee with like 10 times the caffeine.

I love curbside ordering, but the time I get to any location, my order is done. Helpful staff and delicious coffee.

Siera was very welcoming and the rest of the team welcomed everyone as they came in the store.

Spacious Starbucks I have gone to in Vegas. Very clean. Prices here may be a lil more due to it being the closest to the strip. Server that took our order seemed as if she was impatient with me taking awhile to decide. Went to drive-thru a couple days later and server, Ellis was the most courteous driver thru server I have ever had!

Only reason why it got so many stars is because it's a Starbucks and the nice lady that was outside redirected me to the drive thru. Came to pick up my order and the staff saw me waiting at the pick up window and kept cleaning like there was nobody there. Staff looked multiple times and still continued like nobody was there! I don't know what kind of training they received but they need to go back. It was a female Caucasian lady with a pony tail who initially saw me and then a male Asian with what appeared to be a crew cut. I had to call the store and tell staff I was here to pick up my order. An Asian male with blond highlights came to the window and was questioned on why that had occurred. He stated "its standard to stop by the ordering box to state you are here for pick up." I then stated "do you have signs that we are suppose to stop by the order box, who's going to know to do that if you ordered online and you don't have signs?" He replied "it's just standard to do so." (I don't work for Starbucks so I don't know what your SOPs are.) So hopefully they put up signs and get retrained on better customer service!

The location on flamingo and just west of paradise dis not have charging stations at their tables... I don't bother with the coffee usually unless, I'm desperate. But there's so many and usually power so they make an ok mtg. space for nothing to complex as its usually loud but lots of locationsss. Dutch Bros. should pay me for this but their standard is 4 shots of espresso.

Most unprofessional, untrained, slow coffee serving starbuck's staff I have ever seen in last twenty years going to starbucks everyday.It took nearly 15 minutes to give me simple Tall Pike which normally takes 30 seconds at other Starbucks, and they didn't even have to make a new batch of coffee.

We know that starbucks customer service is always on point. Thank you because with my complicated order i didn’t have to repeat it
