Drive thru was a rediculous wait but the cashier at the window made it up.with her smile and kindness

This is the worst Starbucks ever. They are super super slow and could caress about your time. I waited in line several times and was the only one in the drivethru. No smiles no have a good day nothing.......... Time after time the same thing. Oh yeah that's if they don't close early.
I used to love this location, but this is the second time that I order ahead, because it makes getting to work easier, and they don’t give me something on my order. I order ahead because I like just stopping by to pick up my order on my way to work. Today, I waited 10 minutes because they seemed a bit overwhelmed, so I waited and still didn’t get my order. I had to leave to make it to work on time, but this isn’t the first time. It’s happened before where I waited about 5-10 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. If I had time to wait, I would just order when I got there. I hope they fix this soon.
The baristas here were really rude and ignored that i was at the register for a good 10 min. Usually starbucks baristas are really nice but these people just dont care
The Starbucks on Fort Apache and Patrick is, hands down, the worst location in Vegas. I placed an online order at 8:39AM this morning and didn’t have the drinks in my hand until 9:15AM; after waiting 25 minutes in-store past the time the app said it would be ready. I was so frustrated that I ended up calling corporate and having my order refunded alongside asking for a follow-up from a superior as this tends to be a common occurrence at this location. Corporate needs to fire every individual from this location, close the store down for a few weeks, and bring in an entirely new staff - maybe one that can actually properly run a Starbucks. Seriously. Every employee at this Starbucks sucks.As I told the customer service representative on the phone, today’s events were the straw that broke the camel’s back. I will not be coming here again. Moving forward, I’ll be driving out of my way to the Peet’s on Town Center or Founders on Durango due to how awful this particular Starbucks is.
1 star is for the employees being so kind. Other than that 20 minutes for two drinks...?
