Twice they really mucked up my order, cold foam didn't have any flavor to it, the brown sugar shaken espresso is my favorite drink and I always order it sea salt caramel cold foam. Tasted nothing like it. Not only did the cold foam have no flavor they hardly used any of it ! Never come back to this location, every since they opened back up after remodeling it hasn't been the same
They seem to get through the customers rather quickly. Busy parking lot, better and easier to park on the side rather than park in front on Eastern.
Rude female employee named Hamda! Always rude, never greets you, never says thank you and just rolls her eyes anytime you ask something. I bet she's the manager too, this location is horrible with service and I wish there were more starbucks that were 24 hours around here so I didn't have to come here. Hamda always looks as if she hates her job and life! Find a new job if you do then
Natalie is AMAZING!! Im on a work project & Natalie just took her sweet time to assist me. She was very pleasant, polite and professional!!! I love this particular Starbucks more than others.
It's a Starbucks, so it's basically what you expect. I appreciate this location mostly because of one of the baristas named Amal, I frequently don't know what I want and she was especially kind and helpful in regards to this. If you aren't sure what to get, I would ask her for her recommendation. The inside is clean and everyone else seems friendly. It has it's busy hours, but it's generally a normal wait time for the appropriate hour. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.
This Starbucks consistently has 30 minute drive thru lines and often gets drinks wrong. I came back to this one after avoiding it for months. Service still sucks, team still standing around gossiping instead of working… even when I got to the window. Yikes. Never again at this location!
Super convenient and clean location, service was extra friendly. Drinks came quickly!
Nice and clean with friendly staff. The lobby is closed though so it's drive thru or mobile order pickup. There is one door on the East side of the building so you can go inside to pickup your mobile order so at least your not stuck going through drive thru anyway
For some reason they are listed at a 24-hour Starbucks yet their lobby closes at 8:00 p.m. You're either 24 hours or you're not The lobby is huge and there's zero reason to not keep it open when you are built at a 24-hour location or make it very clear in your hours like have two separate sets of hours one for drive-thru and one for lobby but you do not have that.Some people drive to your location to sit down with some friends and have a cup of coffee because it says you're 24 hours just to find out that you're not is very annoying for our customer.
Randy is an angel from heaven! I live in Florida and my mom, step-dad, and step-brother live in Vegas. They are all home sick, so I wanted to send them the medicine ball tea because it always makes me feel better. However, when I went to order through ubereats, there was no option for the drink. I thought I would try my luck and see if Starbucks could help. When I called Randy fixed everything! He had me place an order for 3 hot teas, then call him back so he could grab the order and fix it! It's this personal touch and caring attitude that allowed someone in Florida to share their love with family all the way in Vegas! Thanks Randy, you made our day!
