They charged me for a bunch of stuff I’ve never had to pay extra for. My drink is usually $5.50 and it ended up being $7.00. I’ll just drive to another location next time
Love love the trenta strawberry acaí with water and 3 pumps of raspberry syrup and 3 pumps of liquid Cain sugar. I'm addicted to this amazing drink. Starbucks have so many other amazing drinks though. Thank you guys for your amazing skills. ?. Specially to the locations on Sandhill/flamingo and horizon/college.
The staff does not make the correct order . When ask the counter clerk said we make the we want to make it.All I ask was not foam the drink filled with foamBad service and they do not listen to your order they make sub standard drinks to get you out the door or you have to wait 5 to 7 minutes for the employees to finish their conversation
I love the starbucks on flamingo and sandhill the service is great!! The make what u order really good and i love the staff especially after 5pm on the weekends...Plus it's great & lively every time I come in,All the personnel is awesome!
Why do Starbucks advertise drinks and sandwiches, and the stores don't have them or the ingredients. It's not just this store but most of them. Can't get points
Fast service when you final got to the window. They gave me the wrong order then remain it and it still was wrong. Another person had to come over and make it and it still was wrong. They finally got a person over and made it weight. Probley won't go to that one again.
Paid inside and waited like a half hour for my drink. Everyone who ordered/paid after me got theirs so I went to ask about when mine would be ready. They said they already made it and someone must’ve taken it? (I was standing there the whole time though??) so they remade it and gave me a recovery gift card thing for the long wait. I went to use the gift card today and it was empty. They gave me an empty card. ☹️
I have gone to this one twiceFirst time I asked for a certain combo. The girl could not understand so after telling her I wanted a coffee with mocha and Carmel and cream. I got a cream Nd mocha aka chocolate milk. This time I ordered a Carmel drink on the menu. Not bad but a little on the week side. Lots of ice though

No priority on drinks. Does not matter where you came in in line. My experience personally. Restroom broken. Music is super loud, don't go here to work or have a conversation.
