This store is the definition of hit or miss on their barista skills, majority of the time they don't even shake your shaken iced teas. It's INSANE.I have contemplated going back to Starbucks to be an employee only to improve this store.

Well I've been here alot just because it's convenient, they are rude and literally have to have my drink remade everytime it's a waist of time and money but I guess so is going across town. I do have to say Mason is always amazing though, always nice and makes a mean drink.

The worker there was rude. I go up to the window and ask for my order. She brings two drinks that are not mine. She tells me to move and gives the drinks to the other customer. Like I’m not picking up his order so why would she tell me to wait to give someone else their drink. I don’t know her name but she had dark brown/black short hair working at the pick up order window. It was at 12:33 on nov 18th. If that’s how your policy goes then it should be changed because that is unacceptable customer service.
