This Starbucks has changed a lot; several months ago used to be one of the best in Las Vegas, now it is the worst. They have the worst customer service I have seen before. I love Starbucks and use them for my coffee every day, but I avoid this Starbucks because of the rude people that work there.
Bought coffee singles, to go. The store was a bit messy and had carts of inventory overflowing the isle. Staff was friendly, though. I bought my coffee on the way out of Albertsons.

Very nice employees
Unbelievably slow and absolutely no sense of urgency. Especially the guy named Victor. If I see he’s working I usually turn around and leave because he doesn’t once pick up the pace even when there’s 10+ people waiting in line. I’m sorry to single him out but you should know that he’s actually LOSING you business and money.
