Walked inside this location to get a drink. The floors were all dirty tables were full of left over pastries they served. The barista that takes orders was just on her phone while the two others working drive through were working really hard. She gave us attitude ordering. We got there around 2:30 p.m. June 29th, 2022 and waited for one drink that we got until 3:15 p.m. Just glad they are opening dutch bros right next to them.
Avoid at all cost this Starbucks!!!! Go to a different one!!!!! Purposely put rubbish in my drink. I get all of Frappuccino double blended because I do not want ice chunks. If that was in a blender it be shredded. Can’t even call the store because you get a dial tone that the number is not connected or that it has been a “busy” line. Just gross!!!!! ?????????????????????
I do like Starbucks but I haven't gone in years because it's too expensive and it's been that way for years not just since everything else is it thank you
Coffee was good, prepared quickly, not many chairs to sit down, place a bit dirty (their floor definitely needs some good cleaning), some posters of locals on walls, not very cozy interior. One of the worst I've been to here in USA and Europe. Maybe it would be better just to Drive thru next time.
The line is always long BUT I have never had a bad experience at this starbucks. The coffee is always tasty, service is always friendly and I have gone through at different times of the day so I know it's not just one shift. They have an excellent team!
Not my choice to go here but my aunt wanted a cup of coffee. Slow Beyond slow. And the coffee turned out not to be what you ordered. This is why I stopped going there. When you're slow but hurrying because people are waiting you need to make sure that you're giving them the right coffee again this is happen more than once and it made it a very bad experience for my aunt and she's in her eighties. She said the be the last time that she asked me to take her that Starbucks the next place she wants to try is Dutch Bros I guarantee you she'll get the coffee she orders and it won't be as slow either
This coffee shop is my favorite around my neighborhood. Nice people and fast service except that lately, they seem to have a mosquito infestation because of the bread left in the pastry window. It has reached a concerning issue at this point..
I don't like this Starbucks, and it's right next door to my apartment,but it's dirty outside; they don't get your order right. My order was very unpleasant
This Starbucks has the longest line, all the time. It's kinda crazy. Any hour, all the time. But the coffee is good!
Horrible customer service i been getting my coffee there for more than 3 years ! Now this is what i been getting halfway empty they add way to much whip on top and for the time i get to work this i what a get for a venti size i call them and they just told me next time on your app you can just add less foam ! ??♀️ No sorry I’ll replace it or anything ! ??
