I had a very solid, filling, and tasty chicken caesar salad here, but I had a lackluster breakfast the next morning. The servers are in bathing suits, as it is by the pool.

Amazing bar tenders
A turkey club with fries and extra side of parmesan truffle fries for $50, then get it and the fries are plain. Take it back and he adds some truffle flavoring? Still no visible parmesan. Ridiculous!
1) they add 18% tip without telling you and didn't show on my receipt (I had to ask). This is misleading.2) the waitresses have different outfits depending on whether they serve food or drink. This is confusing.3) gave up on the food waitresses (in green) and went straight to the restaurant to order myself. Was told 10 mins. Went back in 15 and still not ready. This is after adding additional tip to the 18%. This is frustrating.First world problems for sure, but when you're paying premium rates, the service should at least be good.I get better service at McDonalds...
WOW!!!!!! I can see why they are rated so low, my hubby and I were just there this past Mon around 11am, the customer service, the environment, the aura was simply atrocious to say the least. The food was sub par, mediocre to say the least. The omelet I asked for was bland and not tasty at all, my hubby's burrito was barely ok, wait, wait the toast was good. The server, "la chica de hoy" my hubby called her, the bartenders, were not professional at all, while still trying to charge me food I disliked, but the buslady recommended pancakes which were ok, she was awesome by the way,,Viva Albania!!! It gets better, once you to the pool area, to get a water bottle from the servers, not happening. My hubby had to walk twice to the bar after I had ask once, an hour later. We left. Had to go to the "POOL GARDEN" which was FANTASTIC on the other side towards the Venezia Tower, THANK GOD MY HUBBY WAS PATIENT!!!!He can be very energetic!!! wink wink wink!!!
Staff not friendly and literally ignored us by pointing the finger at who should serve us for 2 hours.
Best experience of hanging poolside on a raised seat for a few hours between my conference sessions. I didn’t want to get anything with alcohol because I had to get back, so the waitress recommended the dole whip. On a 110 degree day, the perfect sorbet cone cooled me down, and was soooo very tasty!!!
Great food and incredibly fast, friendly service! We’ve been to the Spritz twice already this week and are going again today because it’s so conveniently located on the Venetian pool deck. Tasty drinks and a welcoming staff made the Spritz our go-to daytime spot while at the Venetian.
2 STAR DINER FOOD FOR 5 STAR PRICES... OVERPRICED FOR JUNK. MUST BE THE 80 PEOPLE THEY HAVE ON STAFF STANDING AROUND
