This place is incredible. This is a must eat when visiting Las Vegas.The food is out of control delicious, the atmosphere is rustic and hipster smooshed into one. I loved it. Super cute little bar across from where you order, they assign you to a table, and you go sit there and wait for your food to be delivered to you. We ordered the two meats two sides meal and it was a tremendous amount of food One thing was better than the next.
Loved the hot link, brisket, pork belly and ribs.
Probably the best BBQ I ever had!! I had the brisket, ribs and pulled pork which was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth!. The atmosphere is awesome, the service was great and the live band was spot on as well. The bartender, Chris was very attentive and friendly and will definitely be back! A must go to for the locals and visitors!
Everything is delicious here! It does get very busy since it's really popular. They do run out of some of the more popular meats so if you're going later in the day and expecting to get some tri-tip or brisket maybe call ahead to make sure they have what you want. They do have live bands on occasion and it can get loud so not always the best place for a sit down and catch up and talk sort of meal. But if you're looking for music, drunk and good food this is the spot. They also have a full bar with plenty of drink selections.
So as we all know tons of places to eat in Vegas. Being a home pit master I pride myself on honestly reviewing restaurants and I am very picky. There were two of us and I had the 2 meat combo. Brisket and pork belly. My buddy had the single meat hot sausage. For sides we had the Mac n cheese that I thought was a little too heavy on the salt. Next was the corn casserole, this is a must get. The meats were awesome. Service was also top notch as "Boston" was very friendly and helpful with my non bbq buddy. There is also plenty of free parking around.
Always nice to try something new. We went with a group of people and had a good time. Food was good and the staff very pleasant as well. We went on a week night, but it looks like they have live music on the weekends. The bar was full and had plenty of options to choose from. We will be back again!
Came upon SoulBelly on our walk downtown today. So glad we did! Decided to get an order to take home with us. We ordered 1/2lb each of the Brisket and Pork Belly and an order of the Mac n cheese. Absolutely delicious! The brisket was so tender and just fantastic. The pork belly was amazing. The Mac n cheese was so good. We will definitely be back!
