Got what I wanted but the service is slow as hell. All I wanted was a lemonade slush and a cup of ice , by the time it got there (about 15 mins after I paid) it was basically a half a glass a lemonade and slush , I get when it's busy no doubt but if it takes 30 secs to pour out the door, bring it out

I went here the other day, the line was long, but no big deal. When I got to the window it had been 25 minutes, and they messed my order up. So when she asked if I had the burger I said no, bc I order a hotdog. Since my order was rung I. Wrong when they found the ticked and made my food they made it wrong again. Ended up spending 55 minutes in the drive thru, when I got my hotdog and fries I didn't have my jalapeños poppers and was about to just leave until they finally found them. All I got for this massive inconvenience was 2 tokens for drinks on my next visit. I will probably never go back to this sonic ever again.
I live nearby so it's a convenient quick option for a meal or dessert. But they LITERALLY never get my order right. I won't be back. There are too many other places nearby to deal with that kind of incompetence.
Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. The employee explains they were out of the frito wrap while handing me my order... when I looked at the receipt I was still charged for the wrap. I asked the employee if she was going to refund me for the wrap and her response was "oh you want your money back?"
This is a solid "two". People literally cause traffic jams to wait in line to go through the drive thru with places to park and order going largely empty. The food was boring 50 years ago. It was boring 40 years ago, it was boring 30 ago. About 20 years ago it got a little interesting, then got boring again and has been boring ever since. The only difference between any Sonic and any Dairy Queen is about four bucks and the carhop format. I don't mind this location, except the failure in site approval and planning.

I love ordering on the app because I get half price drinks all day. I have never been to this location, and will not go back. I ordered 5 drinks on the app, so I thought. When the waitress brought the drinks I realized I messed up and asked if she could just bring me another water. I knew I had to pay, not a big deal, and I needed change for a tip anyways. I gave her $20 for an $.80 water. 2-3 mins later another waitress comes out and asks me to pay...I explain I gave the other waitress the money so she took the water and went back in. 10 mins goes by and I have to call in and ask if they are bringing my water and change back. The 2nd waitress comes out, with an attitude, and hands me my water and change and walks off. I was going to tip, but with the attitudes I got...nope. I mean I realized they were busy and I apologized for the mix up that I did in ordering, but an attitude from both was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place at all.
This place never seems to amaze me, they can never get your order right even if the ticket is right in front of them. Missing the cheese from the burger and it’s not even fully cooked keep in mind it’s for a child. The blast was melted before I could even drive away.
This location of Sonic has always treated me well. I always order online through the app and then just check in so they can deliver it. I've not had anything go wrong knock on wood everything's fresh and delicious! My favorite is the jalapeno poppers as well as the Frito chili burrito.
