This is literally the worst Sonic. I ordered on the app or I would not have waited 45 plus minutes for three drinks. When I got my order it was melted slushes and wrong soft drink. I didn’t dare send it back, I didn’t want to wait any longer. I felt stuck at Sonic because of the app, I already payed for my order. I’ll never get that money back.
Came here for some shakes at night and I thought they had half off after 9pm but the worker said they didn't. Hmm not sure what happened to that deal they had for so long. Anywho the service was quick and friendly. I'm only giving sonic 3 stars because of the prices not the workers
Took 45+ minutes for 2 drinks and an ice cream. Seems like my order must’ve been forgotten because eventually I pushed the red button, (waited 5+ minutes for a response) and only then did I receive my order quickly. The cups were all sticky and messy to finish it off, as well.
This sonic drive thru asked what I wanted to order, then told me the system crashed and they couldn’t serve me. I asked them to make me food and I’ll pay cash they denied me and said they were waiting for the manager to call back. I hope your staff was telling the truth because they just looked like they were just hanging out. Hope you can get your business in order and get your workers to stay motivated and take pride in having a job.
Don't come here! The positive reviews are the employees. The staff is horrible/lazy manager. They close the drive thru and don't tell anyone so people line up for 30 min then leave. I live on the same block and have been to all the shifts and finally giving up. Waited 40 minutes for a double cheeseburger and nothing else and it was stale like it was made yesterday. I guess corp doesn't care cuz it's close to the strip.
Nathan who claims to be the night manager is NOT an asset. Very rude . Messed up my order and acted like he was doing me a favor by fixing it. Longer story short, got off the phone with corporate, posted the video on Twitter, Tok and Ytube. Police was called and made a report of the situation. He is lucky I am a professional. We will not be returning to Sonic after this experience. I am happy to share the video with you if you like. 142 is the # next to the name Nathan on the receipt
Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. 45 min wait for 2 drinks.Ratchet Caucasian women with ratchet long nails was very confrontational on what I ordered. I ordered a large and was charged for a large but was given a medium. She refused to remake my drink. To me, that's stealing.Fast food is trash anyways but this place sucks.When the manager is on duty, she is much better than any other service we get there, and all we ever get is drinks.
I stayed in my car to eat and parked in stall #6. It was about 11:40pm. I pushed the red button on the menu to initiate my order. I waited and waited, nothing. I waited so long the order initiation screen canceled out and when back to start screen. So I pushed the red button again. Someone answered and advised me they can only take cash. Luckily I had enough on me. I wanted a corn dog, onion rings and medium coke. They were out of onion rings. This sonic seems to either be out of something every time I go or their not able to take orders due to the system rebooting (in their defense I’m a late nighter) they don’t tell you about not being able to take your order until you sit in the drive thru waiting. Why can’t they put a sign up on the menu or even sooner so we don’t have to wait only to be told we I can’t order. My corn dog was not very good. Cokes are always good. The employees are nice.
Me and my boyfriend went to this place for a good experience and try it for the first time. The cashier was super rude and whatever we were going to oder they were out. I understand restaurants have been out of certain items but at least communicate about been out of those items in a nice way and not with attitude and respond to us with “ apparently we don’t have that item” and I was the passenger trying to ask questions and she was rude to me as well saying “if you are the passenger I can’t hear you”. Such a bad experience never going here again and the good was not what we expected. The only good thing of this visit were the drinks.
First, thisisn't a drive in anymore. After waiting at the order station 10 min the next stall over said drive-thru only. Then 40 minutes in the drive-thru before someone spoke. Of course they spoke too fast to understand at all. Then they didn't have what I wanted so all of that time was wasted.
