This was our first meal at SkinnyFats - the staff was extremely helpful in selection of food and even better reviewing/recommending beer selections. The food is delicious - the shrimp tacos are great and so is their cheese burger. We really enjoyed the restaurant, environment and staff - We highly recommend SkinnyFats.
Was looking for a off the Vegas strip spot and what do we have here ohhh my food was sooo good and fresh. Everything that was ordered was hot and delicious. The burger was so good I almost missed my flight ? true story I got the order to go and looked in the box before I left out and when I saw the burger I ended up eating the entire burger inside the restaurant ?. Will definitely be back. Great customer service as well.
Food is awesome here. I tried their buffrrito from the secret menu and the sweet cheese us. The service was excellent and attentive.
I love the concept of the split skinny/fat menu. However, the food is the real star here. I ordered and sampled items from both sides of the menu and everything I had was exceptional. One dish in particular was the Spud McCurry bowl...sweet potato in homemade Thai coconut curry. It was the highlight of my meal/trip. I can't wait to try other menu items on my next trip to Las Vegas.
Nice ambience and great art direction. But this time I made a mistake with my menu choices. The hummus was hands down the worst I’ve had anywhere and any place. My brother (who is not picky like me) immediately felt it was terrible, too. That’s usually my litmus test for saying ‘okay this is bad’. The vegan burger just wasn’t all that, either. I would give this place a shot again as their menu is very diverse but I wouldn’t recommend those items especially for 20 bucks (without a drink!).
Visiting from Nashville, looking for healthy options. Two of our party have the tick borne meat allergy and the staff worked within our guidelines to make sure we were safe. I got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken - the chicken was moist and the sauce was slightly spicy. Yummy and healthy!! The staff was fantastic, I can’t say enough about their kindness and patience.

The family and I needed a later dinner option after arriving in Vegas and this place fit the bill. There was something for everyone. I had the Corn Identity salad, which was delicious. My wife had the Balls with a side of truffle fries. The kids enjoyed a few of their wraps. My only issue, which has nothing to do with the restaurant, is that we had Grubhub deliver the food and the fries were cold by the time we got the order. I’ll order takeout next time.
Due to a previous supremely unhelpful order taker I pretty much vowed Not to return. Seriously, based on the Ordertaker's non-helpful, I told him it was my first time there, apathetic bordering on rude behavior I thought Skinny Fats did not care or cater to those of us with food allergies.Well, today I went to Skinny Fats to pick up for a coworker. Enter Order taker Josh. As I talked to Josh about my co-worker's order we began discussing the menu. Josh was so knowledgeable and helpful he explained everything as enthuastically and with a smile I being a person who is heavy on the food allergy Spectrum needed to know.Skinny Fats has Gluten Free Toast!With a little help I was able to get a burger and sub the bread for GF Toast.So taking Josh's recommendation I ordered Wake N Bacon adding a Turkey patty no cheese Sriracha cream cheese on side and the Cauliflower Rice.What an over the top delicious experience. Thanks to Josh I will definitely return to the Dean Martin Skinny Fats what a wonderful way to erase a bad experience.Thank-You Josh. I hope the company appreciates you as much as I do.
Picked up my wife at Bazaar and decided to grab takeout for lunch. Amazing service and great tasting food.
