Food and service were great, as usual.
The food was excellent as always. Silverado Steakhouse never disappoints.
Service was exquisite from check in to the end. Food was excellent Menu was broad Staff was attentive We went twice in 2 weeks with the same experience.
They do seem to have one issue and that is cooking a medium filet, it always comes out on the rare side of medium. other than that everything is always great. Monica is best server, always remembers our order from the wine to the desert.
The bread basket was awful, pretzel breadsticks were wet on the top and hard on the bottom. The dinner rolls were hard on the bottom and stale on top. The raisin nut bread was fresh. They would have been better off not serving the bread basket at all. The salmon was really good atop Julienne carrots, squash and zucchini. The 12 oz. filet was served exactly as ordered but lacked flavor not typical of a steakhouse. This was the most disappointing of all. Jayce was outstanding as a server and did most of the heavy lifting. The service would have been mediocre without her. Do yourself a favor and go to Don Vitoâs next door. Better food and service.

We were here for another birthday! Susan our server was amazing and the food is always so good. I had filet and panko shrimp and birthday boy had the short ribs. Both served to perfection. Susan was helpful and a great server. Canât wait to go back!
