Pizza was not fully cooked the mushrooms on the pizza were cold and looked like they came out of a can, not fresh at all, first time using the mobile app, first and last time customer...delivery driver had me come find her to receive my order, called the manager 3 times finally got ahold of someone to request a refund, I was told I am too busy I will call you later and the call was disconnected. There are far more quality pizza places in the Las Vegas area with much better customer service and far better quality of food for your money. If you like disappointment and zero customer service skills feel free to order from here
If you haven't tried the food here, then you don't know what your missing. The food is wonderful and the employees make you feel like family. Great bunch of people who have all been there since I've been dining there. Absolutely they deserve all 5 stars in my opinion. Thank you for your service and the great food.
Have picked up pizza from here late night twice in past couple weeks. Both times the gentleman in the kitchen handled the transaction who is friendly.The pizza was fresh and delicious both times, for the price can't beat it.Was hesitant to order because of bad reviews but it's definitely a good pizza picked up.
The first time I got the carry out special the pizza was good and I received extra sauce(after having to pay an extra $2) just as I ordered. I thought hey I found my new pizza place. Today however(only 2 or 3 days later) my pizza was cold and I was on time to pick it up and didn't have the extra sauce that I paid for. When I called to tell them, the same women who took my order answered. She asked me how many slices was left I said I'm not sure, I had started to eat and so had my mom. She said we'll then I can't help you. I said wasn't interested in coming back today anyway but that at the very least can't you take my info so that I don't have to pay for extra sauce next time since I didn't get it this time. She put me on hold and then came back and took my phone#. I have to say she was rude and unfriendly. I believe it was the same women who took my order the first time and she was unfriendly then as well. With all the places to choose to eat at you would think places would have better customer service. I give them 2 stars because the men were friendly when I picked up my pizza and the first time my pizza was good and made correctly. I'm not sure if I'll be back, but I know for sure that I won't be referring anyone to Sicily's Pizza.
False advertisement at its best and they can careless. I received a flyer from them 2 days ago on my door so I decided I am going to try them for the first time. I went online to place the order because the flyer specifically stated 20% off when you order online. Well I picked my order out and realized online that it was only giving me 10% so I called the store and asked was there something wrong with the website because it’s only giving me 10% instead of the 20% off as stated on the flyer . The lady in her nonchalant attitude said no we only give 10% off online and that I must have an old flyer and I told her no you guys just left this on my door 2 days ago and she wouldn’t honor their flyer . So they lost my business due to their false advertisement and not providing customer service and honoring their flyer. Word of mouth goes along way.
I ordered pepperoni deluxe and cheesy bread. Didn't expect it to be actual French bread with cheese haha, how cheap. I should have known, but in my defense the picture they submitted to uber is decieving. The pizza is nominally better, it tastes like frozen dough. Take my advice, don't eat here. I recommend bambinos down the street.
We flew in to Las Vegas late last night and around 3am I was starving bc our horrible hotel didn’t have any open restaurants (see previous post) so I was excited to find a 24 hour pizza delivery! The website was awful (might be bc of the horrible hotel’s horrible WiFi). Shortly after placing my order (which I got a text confirmation for) I received a phone call confirming my room number. I stayed up until 4:30 am waiting for my pizza. My pizza never arrived! At 6 am I was still willing to accept what would be a breakfast pizza. I NEVER GOT MY ORDER AND I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL!!! This place is awful. Don’t waste your money. I won’t, since I now have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
Ordered lunch at 3:30, was told it would be here in 20-30 minutes. Recieved a call an hour later to be asked for my address again. Was told the driver was on his way. It's now 5:55 pm, still no pizza. I'm 0.8 miles away from the store. Called to find out where my pizza was an was told "on its way" at 5:30Update, pizza was delivered at 6:43 pm after calling again and being told my pizza had Been canceled. Pizza was cold, old, and unappetizing. Luckily we called dominoes at 6 pm, and they delivered a far better pizza, hot and fresh in only 20 minutes! Here's a picture of the side by side. Everyone that tried the old cold Sicily's pizza spit it out and threw it away, the entire pizza ended up in the trash. Also the answering service was disgustingly rude and completely unhelpful on the phone. I'm going to tell everyone I meet not to waste their time
The wife told me not to do it. I should've listened. The pizza is aaight but just stop selling wings if this what you gone do, bruh. Not a flat in sight! Looking like fried pigeon. ??
Food was over cooked and wrong ordered a half Hawaiian and half cheese pizza and breadsticks, not only did the Hawaiian not have pineapple on it, it had banana peppers instead and the rest of the pizza was over cooked. The entire pizza was cold and it took about 2 hours to finally arrive at our door, the place is 15 minutes away, the only thing nice about the experience was the delivery driver seemed nice, she was a lady with a Russian accent. Also the breadsticks were literally just their seasoned pizza crust which was hard and cold as well. Save yourself from a headache and wasted time and order from somewhere else. In the end they offered an “exchange” for the pizza but as they don’t offer in store pickup it will likely take another couple hours to get here, which COMPLETELY spoils the whole “let’s enjoy some pizza tonight” thing altogether.
