Authentic Egyptian/Middle Eastern Cuisine. The service is great. The owner is usually there & a sweetheart. The food is fresh. They even serve a lentil soup just like my mom used to make. Reasonable prices for quality food. Oh and they cater.
Do not order from here! I just had my food delivered and items were missing and it wasn’t what I ordered. The food was also very slimey and didn’t look editable. I am not a picky eater btw.
Wanted to try this place for a while as it is near my work and I enjoy shawarma. Major disappointment. Got a beef shawarma pita, chicken shawarma pita for my coworker and an order of falafel to share. I know she threw out most of her chicken pita. My beef was a disgusting mess. it came wrapped in a foil dripping in grease. Not just a little bit of grease, the whole pita had become saturated and was pouring out the bottom. What a mess. A disgusting amount of grease. Flavor wasn't much to write home about either. Ended up throwing it out too. The falafel was not homemade either seemed like it was factory out of a box. Overall I won't be back.
I had the chicken gyro. There was a considerable amount of fat, bone and oil in my gyro. The pita was so thin it fell apart before my 3rd bite. I do not and would not recommend this establishment. The owners also seemed very stressed out and irritated which confused me because I was the only customer at lunch time.
Lunch. Dining room was empty. Got an order of falafel with a side of tabouleh to go, which somehow took about 10 minutes to prepare. The falafel was okay if a bit on the greasy side. The salad on the other hand was inedible. Half of the parsley was browning mush, and the use of lemon juice was so overkill, presumably in an attempt to mask off-putting odors, that I literally spit the one bite I took out in shock. I don't like to be so harsh in my reviews, but in this case even the service from the lady who took my order was uninviting. Needless to say I won't be returning.
Trying to figure out why this place has such good ratings??? I personally was not impressed at all, but I'll give it 3 stars because my friend liked the salad...yes really the salad? The selection of sodas and ginger beers was nice. However, the rice was greasy and lacked flavor...don't even know how this is possible and the baba ganoush I am certain made me ill and had the worst after taste and the Taziki tasted like it was made with sour cream instead of yogurt. I think I only had a couple of bites of my Shawarma plate before I started to get ill. Maybe because this is so close to the highway?? it sees a lot of traffic? But seriously folks, this area is hopping with delicious food and drive a couple more miles North and it's ethnic food delight.

We've eaten here a few times over the years. Their food and prices are always decent. Today I ordered falafel and it was the first time it wasn't too dry or grainy. Everything tastes great!Only 3 stars because the staff was not wearing masks (doesn't matter what people's opinions are, it's required right now). Also, we ordered the rose tea. There used to be free refills. When we ordered, she did not tell us that there was no longer free refills and I didn't see any signage on it. Don't charge that much for drinks if we don't get refills and aren't told.
