Would give negative stars if I could. They mocked a customer who had an accent while they were taking her order. Then took the time to talk about a TikTok reel instead of taking orders from the line of people that were waiting. That ate up three minutes of my life I will never get back. Walked out. 0/10. Do not recommend.
Maybe you should tell your employees not to hang out right next to cashier during their break. They were so loud and the cashier couldn't hear my order. Annoying, no respect
Went to pick up a doordash order and they wouldn't even look my way so I can simply tell them the name of the order. It took over 10 minutes to even start the order that had BEEN placed way before everybody standing in line even got there, yet everybody got there order before me. I ended up picking up my order over 15 minutes late and my Dasher account could get deactivated for super late pick ups so thank you ShareTea for the poor customer service and complete disregard for my Dash customer.
Love the options. Love that you're able to choose how sweet you want your drink and how much ice, also toppings you'd like to add. Peach mojito is amazing!!

If you are looking for a place making good boba tea and cares for its customers, this place is NOT it. The staff are rude and the customers existence seems to be a bother to them. Oh, if you are not wearing a piece of cloth over your mouth, even though the “mandate” was lifted in the state of Nevada, expect to be yelled at to leave. Highly NOT recommend.
I just checked this place out today and liked it. The service was pretty good and the drinks were great as well. I didn't order anything complicated, the Coffee Milk Tea, but it was good. I also tried my date's drink, the Wintermelon with Fresh Milk. It was good as well.
They do their best to get my drink out as soon as possible. Like 95% of the time they get it right and if not they make it up with no issue. Whole team is great. Hawaii Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly is great but i have to get less sweetness & less ice to make the most of it. They add to much jelly but I'll ask without it sometimes.
