Utterly ridiculous when they only have one cashier and the line is ten deep. Waste of time coming here. Absolutely do not recommend unless you don't value your time.
Good find for Asain food as well as ingredients, and cooked meals. There is a red ribbon right as you enter.
The market and fresh fish is good to go. Don't mind they could be a bit frank and short of conversation but not rude not anymore than Sam's Club.Specifically about grill city inside seafood city on arroyo marketplace. The cooked food is consistently GROSS! How do you screw up kare-kare? Please do not come eat here, go to island pacific where all the cooks are Lolo(granpa) and know how to cook.
The only thing they've got that's any good are the canned items but the candidams all of their fresh meats seem to rot the day after you buy it, Much of their fish looks like it's been sitting on the dock for 2 weeks before it gets to the store.
I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE QUALITY OF THE SEAFOOD ?? AT THE SEAFOOD CITY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT OF LAS VEGAS NEVADA!
My daughter bought a few pieces of fresh fish to be cleaned/fried. Asked for the head/tail to be removed. Got the fish home, the fish still had the head/tail attached!??????My daughter wasn't happy with her fish!
I come here to buy my fish and have them fry it. I also buy vegetables and Filipino products that I may need to make some Filipino dishes. The issue I have is that the workers are not friendly or professional, and people are always trying to cut in front of others despite having numbered tickets. I would not buy beef from here because they put food coloring to make it look fresh, and it you can tell it isn't. Island Pacific Market is also good for fish frying, but sometimes their workers are a bit rude. Perhaps all the people who work at Asian markets that have to fry fish are consistently rude because that is what I found in L.A. and here. However, it is unprofessional because I don't need to be treated disrespectfully because they hate their job.
Extremely poor customer service.A lady at the cashier called theresa needs to fired as everything you buy she will double check if you can afford. She will ask you the price and if you will pay.All filipinos working there have some kind of attitude. Never going here.Things are dried up and kept long under heat light. Ridiculous that we have a store like this in the US that allows this kind of attitude.
Very poorly-managed location. Extremely slow check-out process and the ready-to-go cleaned fish are not fresh. Guess I have to drive 30 minutes to the other location now.
Customer service was really bad in the deli section. I am not Filipino so I did not know what the food was so I was reading the descriptions and two older ladies kept yelling at me and telling me to pick one when there was nobody behind me. Not to mention the death glare I got while trying to pick an item while she was tapping the counter with her spoon rushing me when I was only taking a few mins. The store itself lacks a lot of fresh herbs. They didn’t have any mint, basil and things like that. Overall. There’s plenty of other Asian grocery stores in vegas I’d rather go to.
