Absolutely shocking service. Only one person working so could not serve ad ale the food. Unbelievable that this was the case. Long wait for food. Ruined the experience

I'm a fan of schlotskys but this location is horrible. Nobody at the front. It took 5 minutes to get the attention of someone in the back who said that the cashier had stepped away. We ended up eating at Pizza Hut and I watched as customer after customer was turned away over the next 40 minutes. Then as I'm writing this the two people in the back turned off the lights and left.
The woman at the register said that Schlotzky's does not have gluten free options when I tried to place a GF order. I asked her what the gluten free sign ON THEIR MENU meant she said, "I don't know, we don't have gluten free options."I told her I was confused because I also checked on the website for their specific location in Las Vegas and it says that they have gluten free options - even said Udi's Gluten Free Buns. Again the woman at the register said, "I don't know what to tell you, we don't have gluten free. Never have."This is incredibly disappointing, especially since there are so few gluten free options. I have no interest in attempting to go to Schlotzky's ever again. I definitely recommend you make other plans instead of coming here, especially if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

We stood in line only to be the next to order and have the order taker to say that he had to go in the back and make order that were already waiting. This is unacceptable

Found this little gem in the Excalibur food court. Th sandwiches are amazing, the Chesse Bacon Smokecheesy was a particular highlight but the Deluxe original is also worth a mention BUT you need to be prepared to wait. You will wait because the staff don't notice you are even there (they are very friendly when they finally do notice you), you will wait while they take four times longer than it should to make the sandwich and you will wait while they correct your order, which they got wrong EVERYTIME. If you are willing to wait, it a great feed.
