They have problems with the scan and go. The product price you see at the store is not always the price they charge you on the app. Not the first time I have had a problem the prices on the app are more than advertised. I have to take the time that the app is suppose to save going to customer service or having to wait in a check out line to get the prices corrected.

They had what I needed but the checkout line has 2 people sams club forces you to use the machine and not pay cash ?I've been waiting in this line with a few other people for 20 minCan sams club please have more people at the register

We've been Costco members since 1984 and joined Sam's Club 5 years ago. Costco's new store is only a mile away and my primary store but Sam's complements my favorite products and has a car wash so shop there at least once a month. I love their self checkout; so much easier to use the hand-held scanner and leave everything in the cart. Having a few hundred boxes to grab on the way out is also nice.
Always go there to get gas cheaper than other gas stations. Today it was $3.23...its rising quickly. Expect to wait in line for a while at the pump. It's always busy.
Good selection and prices on large format TVs. An employee helped to get a flatbed cart and load the TV, He waited for me during self check out, then helped with loading into my vehicle. Excellent. He was even knowledgeable about their warranty offerings. BTW, their self check out works great. Much better experience than before.
Its nice and clean..and finally well stocked. But just an fyi...Tuesdays are for elderly and heros at 7am. All plus members need to wait til 8am. Not a big deal. I didn't get to shop today. I do like shopping online and curb side pick up. They bring it out to you and load it up. That is a great service.

Was a pretty quick trip as I only needed a few items, but was actually able to get in and out pretty quickly. Was kind of surprised by it, considering it is Sam's club. I've never felt like I was stuck in line for an extremely long time like I have had at other clubs. They do not have the type of pants that I've been looking for every time I go, but I keep trying regardless so I don't have to make the drive to a further location. They had everything else I needed and it wasn't a chaotic or stressful experience.
