I admit I went to Costco first. They didn't have the specific item I needed. Sam's did. No long lines. Checkout was a breeze.
Just like parent Walmart very few checkout stands open. Pushing people to use shelf checkout which no one was using almost most 20 minutes to checkout. And only one person at door verifying those leaving!
Although I don't have a membership I go there just for the snack bar. Luv the specials there and the prices are cheap for the food. Especially the pizza and drink combo.

Errr I am so mad right now. I paid $14 for a car wash ??. First I paid $7 at the pump and I put my number on and then the system restarted while I was waiting so it didn’t tell me when to pull in. I tried the number again and of course wasn’t valid so I looked for a worker and couldn’t find one so I had to just pay again ??. Definitely not happy with my $14 basic driver thru car wash.
Door greeter went out of her way to assist me with an electric cart. And doing my own scanning as I shop gets me quickly out the door. Love it wish more stores were like this.
I went in today looking for some steaks for a birthday party. Fred in the meat department was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and was able to help me choose the right cut of meat. He was very knowledgeable, polite and his efforts to assist me pushed me to write this review. We need more Freds in this world. Thank you Fred.
The store was an average store with the same variety and quality food you get at Sam's club anywhere you go. Most of the employees were kind and helpful, however, the woman who scanned our groceries for checkout was VERY rude to us. We bought beautiful salad that was laid out nicely with bacon bits on one end and egg slices towards the other end that some of us were going to share but she threw our groceries into the cart and the salad was completely tossed making it inedible for some of our group. What a disappointment. She was incredibly unfriendly. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and normally isn't like that but she did take what would've been a 5 star experience down to 3 stars.
