Steaks not well seasoned. Server only spoke to us to get our order and bring the bill. No check-ins during the meal. Setting is nice but steaks were just okay.

Johnny is a great waiter and quite funny. Kept drinks refilled without hovering. Overall a joyful experience. Highly suggest the key lime cheesecake and crimini mushrooms.
Amazing food and service was perfect. The steak was cooked and tasted absolutely perfect.
Hunter , our waiter was fantastic. He even remembered and helped celebrate a 3 day belated birthday of my sister.

Menu items need to be removed from the menu out front if you don't carry those items anymore. Harvest salad needs to be removed from menu out front of restaurant
This so-called steakhouse is absolutely horrible. I ordered a filet mignon cooked medium. They brought me and almost rare steak and when I sent it back it had barely changed. It seems I canât cook the steak properly. I canât believe this place is still in business. I will never go there again. I would recommend to all my friends to never ever go there and tell all their friends to never go there. It was a horrible experience and I will never be back.
Iâve been to another Ruthâs Chris in Hawaii last year while on vacation was the best experience ever food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great, I order the ribeye steak with a few sides other ppl I was with ordered salmon, chicken, & Lobster. Food was so great no complaints not 1. Staff was friendly environment was nice and settled. So great I called home and told my mom I have to take her she loves steak. Here we are now a year later a friend of mine received a gift card for her birthday to Ruth Chris so we decided to go and I was not happy this place just wasnât it, a friend warned me about it not being so great but being that I had such a great experience before I couldnât wait to get back. Ordered crab cakes as an appetizer wasnât good at all we didnât finish it fish tasty wasnât good, we ordered chicken fingers and fries for the little one he didnât even want it, didnât look appealing at all we tried it just to see how it was wasnât great we sent it back. Entrée we ordered the Cowboy Rib Eye 22oz steak, host told us the ribeye is to die for, which is how it was prior experience, also ordered mash potatoes, asparagus and lobster Mac. Steak was ok nothing compared to before Sides were the same ok. Mash was no flavor to them not really rich or creamy how you would expect. Lobster Mac had a fishy taste as well. We had plenty left overs to take but we didnât take any left overs home. This place really isnât upscale was very disappointed didnât give me 4-5 Star vibes at all. Hate I have to write bad reviews.
