Didn't have my peach cobbler had to get apple instead. I'm used to the other location, but the food is just as good. My favorite BBQ in Vegas!
Great service good bbq all at a fair price
Had the brisket sandwich that was ruined by a grocery store bun. Beans were very good. Putting good ingredients in a crummy bun is a rookie mistake.
I am new to Vegas just bought my home and had my family over for the first time. I had food catered from rolling smoke BBQ it was by far the best barbecue I've had since living in Vegas. Not only was the food delicious the service was incredible!! Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and professional. If you want some good barbecue this is the place to go...

BBQ here was super yummie and the staff is very friendly! I really like the brisket! We got the loaded mash potatoe and bacon potatoe salad. Oh if you like pickles it was really good too! Will be back here again when we are in Vegas and craving for BBQ!

Went here for the first time for lunch yesterday, I got the chopped brisket sandwich it was some of the best brisket I have ever had! Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in LV and wanting some awesome barbeque.
