I was at the Delano for a week attending a conference while also fulfilling the responsibilities of my full-time job. The two-room suite was ideal since I was using it as an office as well as a hotel.
I was super bummed that there was no room service available. I was told that there was a QR code in the room that I could order from but never found the code. I checked everywhere to no avail! With LONG Vegas nights this is no bueno!!
This not the first time me and my wife come back to Vegas and, stay at Delano hotel casino and resort and mostly of the times, our first choice, is this nice, and very clean. Hotel we like to smell those whites and very very clean bed sheets. Plus the very good and professional costumer service, everithing is very accesible. You don’t even have to leave the hotel to enjoy Vegas.!!
We had a fabulous time at the Delano in Las Vegas. We were there for our dad's milestone birthday (4 of us). Proximity to the Raiders stadium was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was very good. Staff was impeccable and requests were met in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.
We chose to stay here due to the proximity of the Raiders game. Very subpar hotel, not a luxury hotel. It hasn't been updated, poor service, no fridge in the room, key card doesn't work, was stuck on the elevator, spa was mediocre, gym closes at 2pm and very small workout area.
The overall experience was very disappointing. Though the room we selected was a room that had a view. We asked if we could check in early which we were promised but was unable to do that as well. It was only a view of a wall and ac units, the room felt extremely cheap, unclean, and inconsistent. We also had friends staying in Delano at the same time that had the same experience. Their room had no robes, we had one robe, everything seemed thrown together. Two of the three TVs in our room didn't work while our friends had the same issue. There's more minor issues that we noticed during our stay.
Quiet corner suite on the 35th floor with a stunning view from floor to ceiling windows. Upon first entry we were greeted by the aquarium channel and soothing music which was very welcoming. Three TVs; bedroom, living area and bathroom. Bed was totally super comfortable. Heated floor along bathroom sinks was a plus. Mini bar and separate guest water closet were very nice. Plenty of space with two rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would eagerly book at Delano again!
Great stay! Highly recommend. Great location on the strip, clean, comfortable beds, and very modern and stylish rooms. Bring your own bottles of water! Otherwise you’ll overpay. Restaurants in the hotel are tasty.
The room and staff were fine, but Delano nickel and dimes their guests well past the acceptable level. There is a Keurig in your room, but if you want to use it, you have to pay $12 to access the pods for a cup of coffee. Disappointed.
The pools were so crowded that the first day we couldn't find a chair and had to leave. I think mostly there was towels left on chairs that people actually left. maybe a limit of people coming in so we can have space. I really did not like the pool area.
