It was our first time in Vegas, and me and my father first visited the gold of the silver pawnshop and as we left that establishment, a stranger walked up to us and told us that we should give this place a show, and so we did and the food was phenomenal. Me and my father both had the duo plate with pulled pork and brisket, he had it with coleslaw and I had it loaded baked potato.

Good but pricey like most things today $14 for a beef rib, brisket salad was good also. It's a small place with seating around the perimeter and center. There are so many signs to different places in the plaza that it gets a bit confusing but it's in the far right facing the place from the parking lot closest to LV Blvd.

Let me start by saying the staff members were really friendly and helpful for me as a first timer feeling overwhelmed by the menu.Had the 3 meat combo (beef ribs, chicken breast with wing, and beef brisket). The beef rib was amazing the rest of the meat was extremely dry. The load mash side I had was also really good but the greens were watery with no flavor. All the food I received for $27 dollars was a great deal, I just wish it was more enjoyable.

We had our doubts about this place but it proved to us to be a good place to eat bbq! The only complaint is that some of the beans were still a little bit hard. The meats were all tender and falling off the bones. The Mac N Cheese we could taste the smoky flavor. It will be one of our favorite food place especially for BBQ!

We got takeout from the location on Grand Canyon Drive. We got the Pit Special of 5 meats and 3 sides. We substituted burnt ends for the hot links and got charged an extra $6 for it. Did not see it till we got home. The burnt end portion was smaller than my wallet and so-so. The 1/4 chicken was clearly a 1/4 Cornish game hen. I cannot recall in all my 50+ years of ever seeing a bird that small called a chicken. The flavor was mediocre. The brisket was not bad but, again, the portion was small - 3 slices. The pulled pork was nothing different from what we make at home for a fraction of the cost. Once we got home we weighted only the meat - less than 2 pounds! We got sides of kick'n BBQ beans, waffle fries, and dirty rice. The beans were not bad - just very small - got 6 teaspoon full. The waffle fries portion was the only thing big about the whole meal but, so much seasoned salt was smashed into them, we had to toss half the portion as we could not swallow them. My wife is from Louisiana and thought the dirty rice would be safe. Even Cajuns do not put that much cayenne pepper in their rice. Each of us had 1 spoonful and gagged. For the $40 we spent, we will not be going back. Neither will our friends, family or colleagues. We did get 2 rolls for the pulled pork. These were shoved on top of the meat container and a soggy soupy mess in the 20 minutes it took us to drive home. The Las Vegas valley has lots of BBQ places. A few are actually good at what they do. Rollin Smoke is not one of them. I grew up in St. Louis and went to college in Texas. I have had my share of quality BBQ. Rollin Smoke BBQ would not survive in either place.

As a Pawn Stars fan, Gold and Silver Pawn and Rick’s BBQ was the best part of our Vegas trip. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The food was great. The brisket, pulled pork and ribs were phenomenal. We came on Memorial Day weekend and there was a charity event going on in the parking lot. I was amazed to see Rick himself at the bar pouring drinks for charity on a holiday weekend! What a nice guy! I’ll definitely be back!

They serve some awesome smoked barbeque food, loaded mash, pulled pork beans the full works. It's located just by Gold and Silver pawn shop. Pop upstairs once you have had your food and visit the fab bar, they serve some great cocktails at reasonable price in a nice relaxed atmosphere where you can watch sports on the TVs or just sit and have a nice cold beer. If you like a Bloody Mary they serve possibly the best in Vegas. I will visit here again and recommend it to friends and family

The pulled pork was awesome. Had 1/2 pound pulled pork mac n cheese with loaded mashed potatoes & drink for $26. The food was great and well worth it. The servers and cook were very polite.I highly recommend

Had a great time as a local. It’s right next to the pawn shop and by Fremont st. Food was great and the staff was friendly. All the meat was great. The menu was to the point but it was hard to pickOnly idea is maybe have a first timers pick that has a sample of the best.
