Tried this place for the first time. We had a cupcake and chocolate chip cookie. The cupcake was small, cake a bit dense and greasy, frosting had a slight crust to it suggesting it was a slightly old. Cookie was nasty; had a taste of an old refrigerator air - clearly they were old and had absorbed some rancid odors. They advertise froyo on the outside glass but they took out the offering since no one was buying it. Not a place I would want to revisit. That was a waste of $4.50!!!
We used to LOOOOVVVVEEE this place. I hope this was a one off because these cupcakes were pretty bad. Looked less appetizing than what I could do and tasted oily and old. Mind you, we've had a lot of their cupcakes in the past, even when they were in centennial, so I'm not comparing these to other places. They are significantly smaller than what we used to get just last year and the quality was not worth the almost $40. Usually, in our house, a dozen won't last more than a couple days. We threw these out after we all tried one.
After completing their website form for a custom cake order as directed when I called and spoke to the bakery on the phone, I was not emailed back until 3 days later; the email only said they were busy and did not clarify if they could complete my order or not. After calling the bakery two days in a row and only getting a front counter clerk who claimed they would have the pastry chef call me, I was finally contacted by the pastry chef 4 days before I needed my order filled. The front clerk and pastry chef both had a difficult time finding my order request and then told me they could not complete my order that I requested filled for that weekend leaving me in a rush to find another bakery.Horrible customer service.Poor organization of custom orders.Unprofessionally timely.
? OMG!!! My new favorite place. The gentleman behind the counter was also just as nice. They are all airy and cake like. Not like cornbread.
This bakery is super cute!! They make lovely cakes and they taste great too. I have had their cupcakes before, and I had a custom cake made a couple weeks ago. The people that work here are also very kind. They texted me a few days after I picked up my custom cake and asked how everything was and even asked if I had any pictures I wanted them to share on their Instagram. I was not expecting that at all and is a very nice thing to see as not a lot of places do things like that. Little things go a long way. Their customer service is awesome!! Will definitely be back again :)
Amazing Cupcakes! They are so addictive! My favorite is the Red Velvet Cupcake. Please get a taste of all of then. You want be disappointed!
Ordered a birthday cake with a video game theme for our nephew. From the initial contact through the pickup, I could not be happier with the service and quality. The cake was adorable and delicious, the communication and attention to detail was spot- on!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday and it was a total winner! Beautiful rainbow cake just as requested and tasted amazing too. Due to my last minute planning I had a very quick turn around and they were able to accommodate. Very grateful!
Ordered a basic custom cake and was super disappointed in the taste. The cake was basically frozen when it arrived. It tasted like wet cornbread. It was super heavy. Plus, the icing was awful! The cake was decorated okay, i suppose. Definitely, a waste of a $100.
