Service was very good. Burgers were good ,but not 15$ worth.I tried the brisket burger, and it was pretty good.meat seemed almost cold but good enough. The brisket was a little dry but tasty. the all you can eat fries were pretty good .Just slightly undercooked. But still ate them .They were not the pieces and tips if fries you usually get, with an all you can eat offer. These fries were good quality ,larger then life sized fries. That we're endless.2nd batch of fries were perfect.

Hostess was not listening. Asked for bar seating for two and found out we waited longer because she marked us down for table of 4.

We went in on a Thursday night an hour before closing. My son and I both had burgers & fries. The food was good but not anything outstanding. Fries were above average & my sub had a shake that was excellent. Service was good but not very attentive.

I got the crispy chicken sandwich. It looks like there picture! It was hot and delicious. Service was great

Went in and got seated right away, which is uncommon due to it being so popular. We ordered appetizers (mozzarella sticks), and they were extremely good but the marinara sauce was a bit too sweet and tomato ish!. When it came to dinner, everyone scanned the menu and selected what they wanted and we really didn't have to wait long at all for our order to make it to the table! One person ordered a pizza ? and I will say that they look very appealing, but the pizza is very small, thin and very overpriced. Burgers were ordered of course and you do actually get your money's worth. I personally ordered the fish and chips and I have to say that the fish is extremely bland, very dry and the pieces are too small. The fries that came with most of food were a little floppy and at no point did anyone ask if we wanted more of those " bottomless fries and salad!!". I asked others at the table how there burgers were and it really was a lot of mixed reactions. The Banzai Burger ? was voted best one at the table and the Royal Red Robin was voted " just a Burger ? with a fried egg ? on it!".. The staff were outstanding and very pleasant to talk to as well. What we all found odd was, we had to ask for utensils and ask for more than 1-2 ounces of dressing for the salad ?... The side salads were good though.

Food was great and fast. But the best part is the service every one is nice and friendly. We specifically liked meeting Ms. Morgan she was kind enough to share a little of her amazing life with us. She is an amazing young lady ??‍ that doesn’t look a day over fabulous.

Had a wonderful experience with Tina. She made a delicious Mai Tai; & the burger from the kitchen was tasty. The steak fries were crispy & good.

I always have good experiences at Red Robin. Service from Shauna was awesome. She was on top of it the whole meal. Conversational and friendly. The food is consistently delicious. My only complaint is the on table kiosks. I feel like they take away from the servers and maybe get less tips.

So packed! Half an hour wait not bad for a Saturday night with no reservations. Delicious burgers with the best relish, love the freckled lemonade, unlimited fries, and a new smokey bbq mayo sauce is perfect for dipping. Mozzarella sticks are fabulous. Lava cake is worth getting! Family/kids friendly atmosphere. Smoke free!

It's my Birthday in 2 days, and I received a Birthday meal. The sweet lady by the name of Haley was super sweet, and professional. I love this place! Thank you for making me feel so loved especially when it's my first time coming here ? Haley deserve a raise for her friendliness, and professionalism? Also Mrs. Denise or Deniece? (Sorry for the miss spelling) was extremely polite, friendly, and professional Thank you both so so much for making me feel loved ?
