Ordered a birthday cake 1 month before date and when I went to pick it up they said they could not find my order. This was very embarrassing for me and all of my guests. Never will be back to this location again !!Try another bakery !!
Was in Vegas for the weekend and stopped by here. A lot of my favorites were there. I wish i could bring all those cakes on the plane ? i will be back anyway as i always like to go to Vegas. This is beside Jollibee at Seafood city

Staff here is clueless. Waited for my order for nearly an hour. My order sat on the window while staff walked by it for 40mins.
We were staying at the Venetian and ordered delivery for some enaymada, mamon, and pan de sal to take home with us. We can’t get this where we live so our family was very happy to enjoy some favorite Filipino sweet breads. Everything was fresh and delicious.
If could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a value pack of the butter mamons. As I started to open, I noticed it had mold on it. Giving benefit of the doubt, tossed it and opend another..that too had mold. I opened all of them and they all had mold. I reached out to this location and rep asked for my receipt. Explained I no longer had it since my purchase was two days ago, but I took pics of the mold and I have my bank transaction identifying purchase and store. She was unable to help due to no receipt. Never even apologized for the issue. I have reached out to corporate office via email and phone. No response as of 8/19. Shame on this place for serving food with mold and for no response to resolve issue. Will never eat anything eat out of red ribbon again.
Location :Seafood City Supermarket(about an 8-10 minute ride from the Strip)Had most of the items they are known for. The atmosphere upon entering the store was not welcoming as expected from a Red Ribbon store.No greeting from the staff and even when I ordered, a total lack of friendliness.Was not feeling so welcome so just got a few items of the easiest to order. My husband loved it when he tasted it back at the hotel.Well....will be looking forward to a better Red Ribbon visit in our future trips.BTW, the Mamon was delicious ?.
