This is a 4.5 stars review. I ordered the gyoza and karaage for appetizer and they were just okay, nothing too special about them since I’ve had better. For entrees, I ordered the spicy deluxe and it was very good. Huge portion for the price.

05/26/22: Excellent tonkotsu ramen at Ramen Tatsu. Probably my #1 ramen ever!!! The broth was so flavorful. The chashu was so tender and delicious. The Jigoku spice was so spicy and addicting. I’m hooked.Service was friendly and fast. I will come back again when I’m in Las Vegas. Come to Ramen Tatsu and you won’t regret it!!! Yum!!!!

I have been here twice and i will keep coming here for my Ramen, every time i visit vegas. I get a matcha green tea with my Ramen and it always taste so delicious, everything is cooked to perfection. I love how there is a variety of different types of ramen with your choice of different levels of spiciness (fair warning the higher levels truly are extremely spicy.) From how fast the meal gets to the table to the great service, are bonus reasons for me to come back for more.

I asked for spicy and finally got it here! its burns to the core?❤️‍? if you want it to! lunch was quit and service was great. I like the decor here it’s a comforting lil spot.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, we ordered almost all the appetizers on the menu and all are fresh and authentic: Pork Katsu, fried oysters, takoyaki, and fried chicken. The ramen broth is full of flavor, noodle is cooked perfectly and the pork belly is tender and soft. The service is exceptional - Offered to refill our green tea for take-out. Love their ice cream macaroon too!

Everything was excellent except the ramen lol Gyoza, Shumai, Tonkatsu, Fried oyster, Fried rice, Tako wasabi, Kimchi… Yes we ate a lot! But the shoyu ramen was okay. I’ll go back to eat everything else. Sorry I’m from Osaka so I’m very hard critiquing ramen or any Japanese food ?

I tried the deluxe ramen, highly recommend it. Everything is good there

Going here was an interesting experience. It was like a sit down restaurant that they sat you down and just left you alone which was nice. I went with my kids we really really really enjoyed the sushi. The Ramen was just OK? which is funny because of their name. We all had full bowls that we threw away. ??‍♀️ The staff smiled and were polite. I am definitely returning for the sushi. ?

I've been going to Ramen Tatsu since August of 2013. With this place included, I've eaten at eleven different ramen joints in Vegas and I still pick Ramen Tatsu as my favorite overall. This place has four types of broths ranging from Miso, Shio, Shoyu, & Tonkotsu. They even have the tonkotsu-shoyu and curry fusion broths as well as spicy tonkotsu and spicy miso. The only items I haven't eaten so far are the spicy miso and the tsukemen ramen. Now that the weather is getting cooler, a bowel of ramen will hit the spot. They don't offer the happy hour specials at this time but that was never the reason why I dined here. Always great ramen and I will be back for more.

We had a party of 13 and we had our food at our table in about 5 minutes. Food was very good and tasty. It is about 20 minutes from the strip in Chinatown but we'll worth the drive. The picture didn't do it justice for how good it was. A must visit.
