Ramen Sora is my go to Ramen spot. Located just a few blocks off the strip near the heart of ChinaTown, they offer excellent service and exceptional food. My most recent visit had a party of 5 and it was only about 20 minutes. I always get the Nori Ramen with a Miso base.

Authentic ramen house just like in Japan. Delicious soup base, chewy noodles. The egg was so good.

You know the food is amazing when there's a line outside before it even opens. Gyoza: 5 stars. Spicy Miso Ramen: 5 stars. Incredibly tasty dishes. Definitely one of the best ramen places you will find in Las Vegas.

It all started in an uber when my driver told me that he was a chef. I asked him to bring me instead to the best restaurant in las vegas that nobody knows about. He brought me here. This place is not only delicious, but really well priced. I dont know if it is the best overall, but may be a contender for the best ramen in vegas!

I rank it one of the best ramen in Vegas. The other should be ramen tastu. Sora do have the best noodle, but the soup base is not the most authentic one. Tatsu’s tonkutsu soup tastes better based on my personal preference.

We went to Ramen Sora looking at all the great reviews. The place is just okay. Nothing great. We ordered vegetarian gyoza and vegetarian ramen, the spice level is fixed you can modify it with a side of hot sauce. The broth was okay, not that flavorful as we have had at many other places. There were surprisingly too many ginger pieces and very over powering. It made me sick after a few bites (See the red pieces at the top x3). If you are not a fan of raw ginger bites you might want to request modifications. They might want to modify the menu to reflect what goes in the ramen just the basic toppings at the very least.Veg Gyoza was good 4/5.There was a slight bummer with the seating. There is a long center table and you might have to share the table with others in the restaurant. There are individual tables too. But we ended up at the common table. Was a little hesitant due to covid.Pros:Really quick service

We come here everytime we come to Vegas and it’s always amazing!! There’s usually a wait (whenever we’ve gone) so plan for that but the food comes out really quickly once you’re seated and ordered. Service is always great no matter how busy it gets since it’s a smaller restaurant but there’s plenty of servers. Worth the wait!

After spending some time living in Japan and having good ramen joints in Chicago, it is not easy to impress us. We have decided to check this joint out considering all of the good reviews. I have to say, service is unbelievably fast. Given a full house and take out, everything came out in about 10 mins, that is got to be some kind of record. Now about the food, we basically ordered everything on the menu since the it is quite small, the focus is on the ramen of course with some small sides. The gyoza was perfect, the filling, the wrapper, the amount of sear and the dipping sauce. The Cha Shu curry rice is ok, a lot of pork, but the curry is too light, almost light enough to be a curry ramen broth. This is actually expected since ramen shops are not known for its curry. The fried rice was the biggest disappointment unfortunately. It is actually quite interesting since it is not a difficult dish to make. The rice was too wet, it was all stuck together. The amount of soy sauce was too little and since the rice was stuck together majority of the fried rice was actually just white rice. There is barely any flavor in it. I think this shouldn’t be the norm here but should be better consistency, fried rice is basic. The ramen noodle is good, but not exceptional in terms of the broth and the pork Cha Shu. I ordered specifically the Miso broth to check the flavor, it is a little on the light side for American taste but in line with the basic Japanese standard. The presentation on the other side is not up to standards, it is sort of just thrown together. In Japan this would be considered a normal mom and pop’s shop around the corner but it won’t draw a line that is for sure. For Vegas, beggars can’t be choosers. It is a solid 3.5 max.

Legit Sapporo ramen that's worth a try. Miso ramen is the most popular in Sapporo and being one of the Big Three ramen regions in Japan you have to try it. I got shio (salt) with butter and corn. If you want something different than the played out hakata style tonkotsu ramen this is it. The chashu was the best thing or if the entire dish. I had it paired with fried rice cuz you gotta try a ramen shops fried rice :)

Best Japanese I've had in quite some time in the united states. Very authentic and super friendly. Had a variety of dishes , go visit if your in Vegas and want to get away from the strip
