LV native living in TN, been to many Ramen house to include great ones in Okinawa and Tokyo, JP. Ramen Kobo is authentic and amazing. My top spot!

First time eating here. The expectations high because I was told how great everything was going to be by a long time Vegas resident. Mt friend ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and I ordered the Miso ramen along with gyoza for us to share. The sauce brought for the gyoza tasted like plain soy sauce. Yikes. Then our ramen comes out. My friend asked for her bamboo shoots on the side. We got that on the side, yet when she went into her ramen she found there was bamboo shoots inside as well. They made a new one while I ate. The soup not tasting like miso at all. The pork had no taste and the hand made noodles tasted very starchy - not cooked enough. Then I dug into the ground pork with high hopes and found it to be very sweet. I didn't finish as it was more frustrating than tasty.I don't do bad reviews very often, but this was not worth the money. Won't be going back.

Itadakimasu! We have been to many a ramen shop and this was one of the best. We started with the fried gyoza which was a little oily but still tasted great. We ordered the miso ramen which had an amazing broth and the quality of both the meat and noodles was outstanding. We also tried the kimchi fried rice and the Stamina bowl. All the food was fantastic and if we were locals we'd definitely come back, but alas, we live in a land far, far away.

Best Ramen I've had on this side of town! I had the Tonkotsu ramen and my wife had the veggie ramen, both were very tasty and service was excellent.

Tried the new Diablo Chicken Ramen with extra nitamago and it did not disappoint! Definitely spicy and super delicious.I've come quite a few times and the Shoyu Ramen is also an excellent choice and my personal favorite. They also have a veggie ramen that appeals to my vegan friends and they are very picky. As far as the rest, try any ramen or dish and you will not be disappointed. It is one of the best ramen places in Las Vegas.

A MUST TRY when you're in Vegas, SW side of town! The noodles are in-house made, definitely not the store bought squiggly kind. We always order the Tonkotsu (pork broth) with garlic oil.

Favorite local ramen spot! So good! Noodles are handmade. Tonkotsu broth is delicious!!!

They offered to make another order of newly cooked ramen (free of charge) because my initial online order had gotten cold from me taking too long to pickup. Broth was great too.

Really tasty local ramen place. You can tell their ramen is homemade with love! Has a very rich flavor and the spice level is terrific. I had a medium spice level Miso bowl and can't compliment it enough. Medium spice level is prefect for those who like a strong but not overbearing or focused heat. If you don't like heat don't get above mild haha. Service was fast and very friendly. While the place isn't large it still is comfortable to be seated in. I finished my meal with vanilla mochi ice cream and it was very high quality as well. Just an all around excellent place!

Absolutely great ramen! We went on a Friday evening and while it was decently busy, we were able to immediately be seated at the bar. The service was very friendly, quick and very courteous.I got the Tonkatsu Ramen with the Level 2 "Medium" spiciness which really warmed my soul! The broth was perfectly rich. Also got the pan-fried gyoza which was mouthwateringly savory. No matter which ramen you get, you have to get the soft boiled egg and green onion addons because they really take it to the next level! My date yesterday got the Miso Ramen which was also very good!We also finished with some fried rice which was also very savory. Overall it was such a great feast, I cannot wait to come back here again - I will definitely return hungry!
