All of the employees are great, very friendly and they work fastJust once however I would like the order to be filled as I ordered it. Nothing earth shattering but it is all in the details. I am tired of having to open every single container to check it. I wish the person checking could get it right. Good vibe to the store. Always clean.
It's easily the best chicken fingers I've eaten not only in Vegas but so many other places I cannot even count.They are tender, juicy and just the right crunch and felt freshly prepared.At about $10 for a combo of 4 good sized tenders, fries, toast and drink it's great value and filled me up.Service was excellent on this visit. The older gentleman at the counter was friendly, helpful and has a caring attitude. Place was clean and spacious.
This place has gone downhill since the beginning of the pandemic.Beware! If you order through their drive-thru, check what they give you before leaving the pickup window. I ordered two Caniac combos, which should have included: Six pieces of chicken, french fries, two raising cane sauces, one toast and a tiny container of cole slaw. I checked my order before leaving the pickup window, and to my surprise there were only four pieces of chicken in one box and five pieces of chicken in the other box. We made the girl at the window aware, she didn't apologize and threw at us a couple of small chicken strips in a little container, then she quickly proceeded to close the window behind her. We waited for her once again and we told her we were still missing one chicken strip, she closed the window and talked to a white guy inside, she came back and she threw at us one chicken strip in a small container, no apologies given. When we tried to ask her about who was the supervisor, she went inside and closed the window behind her. They were not even busy when this happened, we were the only ones in the drive-thru. I understand it is a fast food restaurant, but they should be careful with the orders, they are not that cheap and if you don't check it, you'll notice the mistake when you get home.To the girl at the drive through today, she has no future, her customer service skills are non-existent. She needs to be retrained.
Well, I know with the increase on items across the country, and us all seeing price increases with all fast food places, I was really surprised to see I could order my usual dinner fir the usual $9.99...I went thru the drive thru, paid up front...made my way to the window and got my mealI took it home, opened up the box and saw how they are able to sell the same meal at the same prices.....The chicken tenders I can best describe as big as somewhere between my pinky finger and the ring finger...nothing bigger.The fries? Well, all ELEVEN of them were wet, limp and the longest one was about 3" long.Complete ripp-off
My gf's and I's favorite fast food place of all time. We come here often, they literally have the best chicken tenders in the world. I'll never get tired of their flavors. The second best thing is their bread, absolutely amazing. Not to mention their sauce? We can't get enough of it, it pairs so well with all their food. Fries are decent, I'm not really a fry person so those are ranked third for me. Love their iced tea too. Clean place and very fast service, great prices. I just love everything about this place. It gets pretty crowded here too and I can see why.
I attempted to place an order this morning and Jason kept trying to get me to use the app. He was unwilling to take the order for 100 pieces of Chicken. Jason stated "It's easier on you to use the app then to give me the order. They wont make it until you get here otherwise." I asked to speak with the manager and he said he is the manager. He then told me he didn't like the way I was talking to him?? I said nothing of disrespect. Jason - If you are willing to take the title, take the time to develop yourself and lead by example. Shame on Corporate for allowing you to be called the manager.
This place does one thing and it does it well, chicken fingers. Crispy. Hot, like seriously piping hot, the way I like it. Dipping sauce is good, I'd add some chipotle Tabasco for extra kick and flavor. But overall good fried chicken.
Tried it for the first time after hearing friends and family talk about it for years...Not impressed i did go at 12 midnightchicken fingers were dry the frys are good not all covered in salt....They need to incorporate sone dipping sauces some ranch maybe...
Absolutely love this place. Music is always rocking. Staff is fantastic, never had a bad experience. Would visit this place everyday if possible. Highly recommend them for lunch or dinner. Prices are very reasonable.
I worked there when the store first opened. One time a manager didn't like how quiet my voice was, so they made me go in front of all the employees and sing ABC's at the top of my lungs until the manager was satisfied. It was cruel.
